金融科技趨勢下銀行業組織變革策略

Banking Organizational Change Strategy under the Trend of Financial Technology

摘要


近年來,由於人們生活型態的改變,以及網路的普造成金融科技的快速的發展並且使得消費者改變了消費模式,台灣的銀行業在原本就很競爭的情形下,又展開另一波的產業轉型之變革;在bank3.0之前的銀行僅是以分行當作據點為來向外況展業務,而今金融科技的崛起,造成銀行業面臨轉型,在眾多的金融科技下使得分行的利潤下降,使得業者在面對這些新型態的經營模式下面臨轉型的課題來使得業者在這bank3.0的時代中可以出奇制勝。所以,本研究以專家訪談法來進行探討現今的銀行業要怎要去因應消費者行為改變?或科技改變這樣的變化?如果透過組織的調整跟組織的變革,你覺得可以如何改革?在組織的變革跟調整之下你覺得銀行業會遇到怎樣的困難跟障礙?本研究透過專家訪談法並且整理並歸納出現今銀行業會遇到的問題,並且如何可以透過所討論出來的結論,進而建構跨團隊組織結構來面對可能遇到之問題提升銀行的競爭力。

In the recent years, due to changes in the life style of human and the rapid development of financial technology by internet. It changes the consumption patterns of customers. The banking in Taiwan has another industrial transformation with competitive condition. Before bank 3.0, they expand business by each branch only. By financial technology increasing, the bank need to a transition. It results that the branch get profit decreasing under financial technologies rising. It makes that the bankers have to transfer their business model to get more profit under the bank 3.0 scenario. Therefore, this study interview experts to investigate how do banker deal with the changing to the customer? Or change by the technology? Or change by the organizational adjustment? Under the organizational adjustment, how can banker do? What kind of difficulties and obstacles will banker encounter? This study summarizes the problems of banking industry by interview experts. Constructing a cross-team organizational structure to confront the possible problems and enhance the competitiveness of banks.
