This paper analyzes the related factors of performance, sales behavior evaluation, education and training of DISC personality traits of S company under different recruitment systems. In the research method, methods such as reliability analysis, validity analysis, and regression analysis are used. The empirical conclusions are: 1. Type I personality traits have a significant impact on company incentives. 2. The personnel recruited by the project have a positive impact on education and training. 3. The personnel recruited by the project have a positive impact on customer orientation. According to the research results of the paper, S insurance companies and other insurance companies will be provided to make suggestions for the recruitment of project personnel in the future and the subsequent research directions.
