探討消防人員使用社群媒體學習之行為意向與滿意度之研究

摘要


在全球氣候急遽變遷與複合性災害趨勢下,消防在職訓練需有創新思維,以應變災害之產生。本研究旨在以科技接受模式理論為基礎去探討消防人員使用社群媒體學習之行為意向與滿意度。在研究架構各構念之間的關係,藉由相關理論與文獻探討,分析影響使用意向與學習滿意度的因素,作為未來推展社群媒體學習之規劃參考。本研究方法採現況問卷調查法,第一次回收預試問卷120份有效問卷115份,因所探討之社群媒體學習平台為LINE,故第二次經從LINE社群媒體群組傳送正式問卷調查,回收問卷250份有效問卷共213份。研究結果如下:並藉由SPSS 22 & AMOS 22將所蒐集資料統計分析後,個人背景變項「年齡」對潛在變項「資訊素養」與「滿意度」具有顯著性差異,「41-50歲」對資訊處理能力略優於「51歲以上」組;而在學習滿意度「30歲以下」組大於「41至50歲」組。因其對社群媒體與社群學習的品質要求高且嚴謹,故對學習滿意度低於「30歲以下」組。「年資」在學習滿意度部分「6-15年」組大於「5年以下」組。個人背景變項「資訊素養」對研究模型各構面,採用皮爾森相關分析與路徑分析,呈現顯著性正相關。可解釋為整體消防人員之資訊素養愈高者,對使用社群媒體學習愈有正向認知,且使用意圖與學習滿意度也愈高。由結構方程模型分析(SEM)可知影響「行為意向」的因素除「認知可用性」與「認知易用性」外,還有社群媒體品質特性,此三者潛在變項對「行為意向」可解釋或預測82.3%變異量;而影響其學習「滿意度」的因素除了「認知有用性」與「行為意向」外;還有「外部變數」之社群媒體品質特性與「認知易用性」,科技接受模型整體潛在變項對滿意度可預測力或解釋達60.5%變異量,可作為未來消防人員推展社群媒體學習之研究參考。

Abstract: In the rapidly changing global climate, it could be expected that under the trend of compound disasters, modern firefighting workplace training needs new thinking and innovation to meet the needs of emergency disaster relief. The purpose of a study is to investigate the behavioral intentions and satisfaction of firefighters’ using social media learning which is based on the Technology Acceptance Model. In this study architecture, the relationship between each other, by investigating relevant theories and literature, analyze the factors affecting the use intention and learning satisfaction, as a reference and plan for the future development of community media learning planning. This study adopts "Questionnaire Survey", the first recovery, 120 pre-test questionnaires, including 115 valid questionnaires. The second time, a formal questionnaires was sent form the LINE group to recover 250 copies, and a total of 213 valid questionnaires. The results were as following. The statistical analysis of the collected data by SPSS 22 & AMOS 22, which shows that the personal background variable "Age" has significant differences between the potential variables "Information Literacy" and "Satisfaction". "41-50 years old" is slightly better for information processing. In the "over 51 years old" group, the "satisfaction under 30" group is better than the "41 to 50 years old" group. Because of the high quality and more rigorous of the quality of social media and community learning, so the satisfaction of learning is lower than the "under 30" group. About the "Years" in the "6-15 years" group in the learning satisfaction section is greater than the "five years or less" group. The personal background variable "Information Literacy" showed a significant positive correlation with each aspect of the research model using Pearson correlation analysis and Path analysis. It can also explained that the higher “ Information Literacy” of overall firefighters, the more positive perception of using social media learning, and also the higher intentions earning learning satisfaction to use it. From the structural equation model analysis (SEM), it is known that the factors which affecting "Behavioral Intention to Use" include social media quality characteristics in addition to "Perceived Usefulness" and "Perceived Ease of Use". These three potential variables can be "Behavioral Intentions to Use ". Explain or predict 82.3% of the variance; and influence the factors of learning "satisfaction" in addition to "cognitive usefulness" and "behavioral intention"; the social quality characteristics and "cognitive ease of use" of "external variables" Technology Accepts Model's overall potential variables to predict the predictability or explain the 60.5% variation, as a reference for future firefighters using social media learning.
