探討新創事業的動態發展歷程:以微型事業為例

摘要


近年來受到經濟不景氣影響,創業人日漸增多,而新創事業的規模大多是以微型企業為主。本論文以Timmons模型為研究架構,探討新創微型事業在創業動態過程中的機會、資源與團隊兩兩之間是如何分別透過創造力、溝通與領導力相互平衡,本研究以A公司個案為例,觀察微型創業的動態發展歷程,進而研究其動態平衡的過程及變化,藉此了解微型創業的動態歷程。 本研究有三項發現:(一)微型事業在機會與資源的動態平衡中,溝通的籌碼較少採取金錢換取資源,選擇以互利互惠的方式說服資源擁有者投入資源,進而解決微型事業啟動資金較少的問題。(二)在資源與團隊的平衡過程中,用團隊領導力,透過人脈獲得所需資源或取得贊助等,不僅能取得免費或比市價低的資源,也能為團隊省下許多資金。(三)在機會與團隊的動態平衡中,創業者及其團隊可以藉由觀察市場趨勢開發新通路,有助於加速產品銷售及宣傳速度,同時也能增加企業的曝光度,而團隊內部的專業分工也有助於觀察與發掘市場中新的機會。本研究結論將有助於消弭理論與實際案例之間的落差,並能作為未來進行微型創業的創業者在創業的動態過程中調整及平衡機會、資源與團隊三項創業元素之參考。

Affected by the economic downturn in recent years, the number of entrepreneurs increases day by day, the size of new venture creation are mostly micro-enterprises. This paper uses the Timmons model as the research framework to research how the new micro-entrepreneurial balances between opportunity, resources and team by using the creativity, communication and leadership in the dynamic process of new venture. This study takes the case of company A as an example to observe the dynamic development process of the micro-entrepreneurship, further studies on the changes of it 's dynamic balance process to understand the dynamic process of new micro-entrepreneurship. The research findings are as below: (1) The micro-entrepreneurship could use the method of mutually beneficial and reciprocal for resources as the communication in the dynamic balance process between the opportunity and resources, rather than using money to exchange for it. Using the method of mutually beneficial and reciprocal could also reduce the problem of low capital in the startup of micro- entrepreneurship. (2) In the dynamic balance process between the resources and team, using the team leadership and networking could acquire resources at low market price, or even free sponsorship, this could help save lots of money.(3) In the dynamic balance process between the opportunity and team, the entrepreneur and it 's team could increase sales and speed up promotion by observing market trends and opening up new channels, this also could help maximize the company’s exposure, and the team 's professional division of labor helps finding new opportunities in the market. The conclusions of this study is that it would help to eliminate the gap between practical cases and theoretical, and serve as a reference for the future entrepreneur of micro-entrepreneurship to adjust and balance the three elements in dynamic process of new venture creation.
