現今第三代行動電話業者所面臨的問題在於如何發展出架構於無線寬頻的應用容,並提出友善的使用者介面,提昇使用者的需求,期創造使用行動服務的風潮。因此本論文擬將探討第三代行動電話功能性價值之研究方法作為導入新產品開發的依據,並提出當企業為了因應外在環境的變遷,而欲發展新一代產品的功能性時,可資參考的觀念性架構。本研究目的 一、綜合學術理論與產業分析報告,整理出第三代行動電話功能評估構面和衡量因素。 二、整合通訊專家意見確立第三代行動電話功能重要影響因素。 三、結合第三代行動電話功能與消費者的使用需求,分析第三代行動電話功能對消費者行為的重要影響因素。 四、探討第三代行動電話功能發展方向之建議。 根據通訊專家、通路商店面和消費者的需求可看出,第三代行動電話除了需統合所有通訊技術,更需加入新一代3C電子產品的功能,才能符合消費者的期望。第三代行動電話不僅只扮演通話功能,更將成為每個人日常生活必備的行動工具。因此第三代行動電話是集通訊、商務、娛樂功能於一身的手機,這些功能價值將是下一波行動電話產品發展的主要趨勢。
The current problems facing to The 3rd Generation Mobile carriers are how to develop and structure Wireless Broadband applications, friendly user interface, increase end user demand, stimulate mobile service trend. Therefore, the thesis is to confer on the methodology in research on what is 3G’s mobile phones feature value in order to translate as a basis for product development; simultaneously to support company in studying for next new generation product developed under dynamic environmental change. The objective for this study is: 1.In combine with academic research and industry analysis report; come out 3G mobile phones feature structure and measurement factors. 2.Integrate with telecom expertise’s opinion to make sure the important influence factors on 3G mobile phones features. 3.In line with 3G mobile features and consumer’s demand, analyze 3G mobile phones features to consumer’s living behavior. 4.Study 3G mobile phones feature developments and its future direction. Based on telecom expertise, retail channels and consumers demand, it is obvious to see 3G mobile phone has to incorporate 3C product features together with telecommunication technology. 3G mobile phones are not merely for telecommunication purpose but also for everyone’s daily life. Therefore, 3G mobile phone will become a device to have communication, business and entertainment providing all-in-one service. These functional values definitely are a major trend for next generation mobile phone development.
