因著108新課綱推動,重視孩子「人際互動」的能力,培養孩子適切表達自己的感受,學習尊重、聆聽他人。語言是與人溝通重要的媒介之一,它代表不僅僅是文字,而是隱藏之中的「感受」、「需要」與「請求」。 本研究目的在探討「非暴力溝通」與管教態度,在新北市國中教師教學現場的現況調查。本研究藉由網路填寫問卷,有效樣本共285位。根據統計分析與發現,歸納出本研究結果如下:年齡、職務在非暴力溝通上有顯著差異;年齡、學歷、學校所在區域在教師管教態度上有顯著差異。 一、在管教態度「關係型」向度上有顯著差異,「 51-60 歳以上 」高於其他年齡層。 二、在非暴力溝通「請求」這個向度,顯示年齡會影響教師非暴力溝通,且「21-30 歳」的教師高於其他年齡層教師。 三、在非暴力溝通「觀察」向度上,有顯著差異,輔導教師高於導師與專任教師者。 四、在管教態度「專制型」、「權威型」向度上,有顯著差異,導師高於輔導教師與專任教師者。 五、在管教態度「權威型」向度上,有顯著差異,「板橋分區、三鶯分區」高於其他分區。 六、「關係型」的管教態度與教師非暴力溝通之相關程度最高。
Due to the promotion of Master Framework for the 12-year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines, it’s great importance to children's "interpersonal interaction" ability, cultivates children to express their feelings appropriately, and learns to respect and listen to others. Language is one of the important media for communicating with people. It represents not only words, but hidden "feelings", "needs" and "requests". The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of "non-violent communication" and discipline of senior high school teachers in New Taipei City. In this study, the questionnaire was filled out through the Internet, and a total of 285 valid samples were obtained. According to statistical analysis and findings, the results of this study are summarized as follows: age and position have significant differences in non-violent communication; age, education, and school district have significant differences in teachers' discipline.
