物聯網與大數據技術支援下設計及實作健康照護行為辨識

摘要


隨著科技的進步、醫學的發展、人口出生率及死亡率的逐年降低,老年人口比例的攀升,如今「老化(aging)」已常被視為現代的社會問題來思考。而社會變遷,現今家庭結構與功能的轉變,以往的大家庭或折衷家庭的居住模式如今已大為減少,在未來,有90%的老人將居家養老,在老人居家養老的過程中,其健康的狀態,是兒女及照護系統首要關切的問題,由於行為代表健康,針對老人在家行為的瞭解與分析,已是眾多研究學者所關切的問題。本論文為了收集居家老人的活動,在居家環境中採用物聯網技術,佈建許多感測器與無線傳輸設備,藉以收集老人的居家行為,並設計專屬的居家健康照護系統,以達到用最小成本獲得最大效果。本論文更進一步透過資料採集,了解被照護者的行為活動與即時狀況,提供居家養老者健康、安心、安全的生活,有助於提升居家照護的生活品質。

With the progress of technology, the development of medicine, the declining of birth rate and mortality rate; nowadays, aging is seen as the modern social issue which related to how to solve the problems caused by aging population or how to deal with the challenges of aging society today. Due to social change, the residential status in the past such as extended and conventional family has been greatly reduced in today’s family structure. In the future, nearly 90% of the elderly will be home care. While the elderly stayed at home, the health condition of them is the most primary concern for their children and the caring system. The behavior of elderly can express their health conditions. Therefore, understanding and analyzing the behavior of elderly at home has been an issue and concern of many researchers. In this essay, we utilize the framework of the Internet of Things in the home environment and install many sensors and wireless transmission equipment in order to collect the behavior of the elderly at home. Moreover, we design an exclusive home health care system to achieve maximum effect with minimum cost. Through our data acquisition, we can not only have further knowledge of elderly’s daily behavior but provide them a health, safety and secure life that significantly improve the quality of home care.
