高效率發酵菌種篩選

Screening of high efficiency fermentor yeast strains

摘要


先前本實驗室研究指出,在低密度菌體發酵時,酵母菌酒精轉化率極高,但是在低密度表現良好的菌株未如預期在高密度菌體發酵有高的精轉化率。因此為了尋找在高密度條件下菌株發酵轉化率高的菌株,本實驗採用的篩菌方法為高密度菌體之連續液態篩選法,以圖找到在高密度發酵良好的菌株。

Previous studies in our laboratory have pointed out that the alcohol conversion rate of yeast is extremely high when low-density bacterial fermentation is performed, but strains that perform well at low density do not have high alcohol conversion rate as expected in high-density bacterial fermentation. Therefore, in order to search for strains with high fermentation conversion rate under high-density conditions, the screening method adopted in this experiment is a continuous liquid screening method for high-density bacteria, in order to find a strain that ferments well at high density.
