本研究主要在探討一位應屆畢業的國小初任教師兼任學校總務主任,尤其還要承辦連資深總務主任都覺得是重大壓力的校舍興建工程,在完全沒有行政經驗且陌生的工作與生活環境下,其所察覺到的工作壓力與面對這些工作壓力之因應策略,俾能提供可能擔任總務主任的應屆初任教師及不易找到願意擔,任行政工作老師的學校之參考。 本研究採質性研究的方法,以陽陽主任(匿名)的個案研究為主,研究工具主要為以研究者本身,透過深度訪談、文件分析、文獻蒐集及札記等歸納出結論如下: 一、 研究對象以初任教師兼任學校總務主任職務所察覺到的工作壓力有工 作負荷、校長領導行為、專業知能等三種壓力來源。 二、 研究對象察覺到工作壓力的因應策略有情緒調適、提升工作效率、參 加專業知能研習、尋求總務主任群組支援等。 關鍵字:初任教師、總務主任、工作壓力
Abstract This study mainly discusses a new elementary school teacher who serves as the school’s general manager after she graduated. In particular, it also undertakes the construction of a school building that even the senior general manager feels to be a major pressure. Under a completely unknown working and living environment with no administrative experience The work stresses they have perceived and the strategies to deal with these work stresses can provide a reference for new teachers who may serve as general directors and difficult to find schools that are willing to undertake administrative work. The method of quality research in this study is mainly based on the case study of Director Yang Yang (anonymous), and the research tools are mainly based on the researcher, through in-depth interviews, document analysis, literature collection and reading notes, and the conclusions are as follows: 1. The research object is based on the three types of stress that the initial teacher and the general director of the school sense of work pressure include workload, principal leadership behavior, and professional knowledge. 2. The research object's strategies for coping with work pressure include ional adjustment, improving work efficiency, participating in professional knowledge training, and seeking general director group support.
