桃園縣幼稚園教師在職進修與生涯發展之研究

A Study of In-Service Education and Career Development for Kindergarten Teachers in Tao-Yuan County

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園縣幼稚園教師在職進修現況與生涯發展情形,採調查法進行研究。根據相關文件、文獻分析及自編「桃園縣幼稚園教師在職進修與生涯發展問卷」,以桃園縣立案之公、私立幼稚園之合格教師為研究母群體,採系統抽樣方法抽取樣本,計公、私立園所106所,教師431人。回收問卷431份,回收率100%;有效問卷366份,佔85%。回收資料以SPSS13.0統計套裝軟體進行次數分配、百分比、卡方百分比同質性考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料處理分析,其結論如下: 一、幼教師大都會參與在職進修及自發性進修 二、校外短期進修(研習活動)為目前幼教師參與在職進修的主要型態 三、師範或一般大學校院進修學分或學位是目前最為缺乏的進修管道 四、教師在職進修會受個人因素、整體進修規劃及園方不支持而影響 五、教師及幼稚園背景變項在教師在職進修方面有顯著差異 六、教師及幼稚園背景變項在教師生涯發展方面有部分顯著差異 七、桃園縣幼稚園教師在職進修與生涯發展有顯著關聯性 八、桃園縣幼稚園教師生涯發展呈現階段性動態循環模式

The prupose of this study examined the current situation on kindergarten teachers’ in-service education and career development in Tao-Yuan County. This survey based on 431 qualified teachers from 106 licensed both private and public kindergartens in Tao-Yuan County by using relevant documents, records and self- edited The questionnaire of the current situation on kindergarten teachers’ in-service education and career development in Tao-Yuan County. There are 431 questionnaires back with a returning rate of 100%, and 86% of the total returning questionnaires are valid. These questionnaires were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage test, Chi-square test, one-way ANOVAs and t-test under SPSS13.0 statistic suit software. The survey indicates as follows: 1.Most of the kindergarten teachers do participate in in-service education and self-study. 2.Short-term in-service education outside of the campus is the current major method which most of the kindergarten teachers take. 3.The related credits and degrees for kindergarten teachers’ in-service education at Colleges and Normal universities.are the most deficient . 4.In-service education may be influenced by personal issues, the whole learning plan and the disagreement of employers. 5.Different backgrounds of teachers and kindergartens have significant differences in in-service education. 6.Different backgrounds of teachers and kindergartens have partly significant differences in career development. 7.There are significant corelation on in-service education and career development for kindergarten teachers in Tao-Yuan County. 8.The career development of kindergarten teachers in Tao-Yuan county reveal the gradation of dynamically circulative model.
