區域性建築之構築- 以淡水地區材料探討填充式工法-

The Tectonics of Regional Architecture— Studying of Filling Tectonics with Materials from Tamkang Region

摘要


以研究者的經驗做出發,自身學習過程中不同的構築經驗,將材料工法與地點所能獲取的資訊與當地現有條件做結合,運用於當地的現有材料下,對原有的傳統空間的衝擊。在河南工作經驗中,當地的文化背景與經濟能力下,找到以非體制、非制式、非系統三方面做臨時性建築的討論,回應地點的不同,滿足所能提供的構築行為,產生新的構造方式加以整理。並延伸到本研究中對地點所能搜集的現地資訊,對材料、構造、工法的影響。 在上述經驗下,將研究區域選定於淡水,初期對當地現有「常民構築」作觀察,以地點特色與使用者目的性、回收材料、材料可及性為方向。並在常民對構築空間經驗中,材料的「回收」方式及其對工業化材料運用於設計操作得到討論的重點,其在最低的造價下去完成所需得使用空間的建造,大多在自然環境中取得或是做資源回收的再利用,及使用少量的工業材料做材料與材料間的接合。並能回應河南與淡水地點的不同,但對構築行為的態度相似之處,當材料只是工具,表現該地文化背景、文化、經濟條件的影響,試圖以構築行為去討論地點的差異性。 在地點確立之後將週遭環境分析並記錄其常民生活的發展做線索,利用材料實驗的方法找到該地點的構築材料。研究區域分為兩個地點,在不同區域中找到其適宜的材料,將不同性質的材料運用在該地點上構築臨時性空間,鄧公路基地用自然材料與中正路運用回收材料做設計操作,結構體框架確立後,以一般常民能夠施工的方式討論出適合的乾式施工填充式構造。類似的材料與最簡易的工法,探討以最簡單的圖說方式讓常民能夠了解施作方式,與常民溝通運用2D與3D的補充說明細部施工的方式。回收材料的尺寸規格並不統一,建立群聚單元化的設計方式,運用工業化材料先設定框架模組的確立,在把回收材料置入於固定的模矩化下被控制,訂製化的施工方式也是填充式工法特色。

This research bases on personal experience in different construction to develop the framework of the whole research. From the working experience in LanKau, Hehnang, China, where atypical tectonics is used due to different cultural background and economical condition from Taiwan, I learn the spirit of temporary construction. Adapting to local building condition, and combining with materials, structure, engineering methods and construction site, I discuss regional tectonics in regard to local natural environment and cultural condition, and extend the limitation and imagination of regional architecture in my research. From the above experience, I choose Tamkang as my research region. First, I deduce users’ purpose, availability of materials, and characteristics of the construction site from observing present popular tectonics in Tamkang. Later, from the experience of observing popular tectonics, I find how to recycle materials, how to use industrial materials in design, and how to finish required usage construction with the lowest price. Most of the popular tectonics materials are acquired from natural environment, recycle materials, or from few industrial materials. Though there is commonality in the attitude of local tectonics in LanKau and in Tamkang, this research tries to discuss the difference in tectonic behaviors due to different external environments. After deciding Tamkang as experimental site, I record and analyze local life and the surrounding environment as clues to future development. Later on, I search for tectonic materials suitable for Tamkang with material experiment method. There are 2 research sites. I apply different materials on individual temporary construction tectonics, Chongchen Rd. with recycle materials and Denkong Rd. with natural materials and with major tectonic filling materials. After the construction framework is set up, I fill in filling with dry engineering method that common people can work with, aiding with simple materials and engineering methods, supplying simple diagram that common people understand, and complementing with 2-D and 3-D detailed engineering diagrams. Because the sizes of recycle materials are not unified, I use unitary design, apply industrial materials to set up framework modules, and later put recycle materials into set modules. This module recycle filling planking is also the characteristic of the engineering method in my research.
