摘要


地理資訊系統具備資料蒐集、儲存、展示及分析等功能,是處理資料很好的工具。現今地理資訊系統在公共衛生領域上的應用已相當廣泛,公共衛生健康資料與空間有效結合,以視覺化方式呈現出整體趨勢與空間群聚的現象,透過圖形呈現隱含於資料背後的訊息,有助於研究人員聚焦於特定的問題點上。 本研究提出一個基於網際網路及地理資訊系統技術的公共衛生網路地圖平台架構,建構具備經濟性、可擴充性及易使用的網路平台,用於呈現各種公共衛生健康相關的資料。為驗證本研究提出架構之可行性,以此架構為基礎,發展以Web2.0為基礎的世界癌症地圖網站,讓研究人員可以查詢與分享癌症資料。 透過研究案例的建構,驗證本研究提出的架構可有效地呈現不同時空條件下的資料空間分佈狀況,有助於研究人員進一步瞭解健康數據資料的內容。

The function of geographic information system is to capture, store, display, and analyze spatial data. It is a good tool for processing data. Today's geographic information system has been widely used in public health. Public health data is combined with spatial data to visualize the overall trend and clustering. The information behind the hidden data is graphically displayed to help researchers focus on specific issues. This study proposed an architecture of online public health map, where the Internet and GIS technology was used to construct an economical, scalable and efficient platform for presenting various public health data. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed architecture, we successfully applied this architecture to develop a Web 2.0-based World Cancer Map to that enables researchers to locate, explore, and share cancer data. Based on this study findings, it is suggested that the proposed framework can present data at different time periods. This is a good tool for researchers to understand the changing trends and spatial distributions of health data.
