The human oral environment contains a considerable number of microbial species. Contains bacteria, archaea, fungi, protozoa and viruses. Each species has specific characteristics and functions. These multiple species interact within the mouth to develop a balanced system. A number of recent studies have shown that oral pathogens appear to be associated with systemic disease. For example: Alzheimer's disease, dental caries, periodontal disease, heart disease, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy complications, diabetes and cancer and other related diseases. Therefore, this study will collect related diseases caused by oral microorganisms. To explore and analyze the correlation between oral pathogenic bacteria and systemic diseases. The results of the study show that oral diseases are indeed related to the above-mentioned systemic disease causative factors from the past literature. Human disease is often caused by the destruction of the ecology of microorganisms in the oral environment. The results of the study suggest that oral disease will increase the risk of systemic diseases such as Alzheimer's Disease, Dental caries, Periodontal Disease, Heart Disease, Cardiovascular disease, Pregnancy complications, Diabetes and Oral Cancer. Therefore, oral health and prevention is a very important topic at present. Whether it is school education or health policy, it needs to be implemented to increase human awareness of oral health maintenance and reduce the occurrence of diseases. Based on the above results, this study shows that oral pathogenic bacteria will affect the oral environment, disrupt the balance and cause the occurrence of human diseases. Maintaining good oral health and cleanliness will help the disease develop.
