Analysis of dermatologist manpower in Taiwan

摘要

自2001年以後，專科醫師人力供給，採用容額管制的方式來控管。目前每年各專科之容額管制仍會稍微調整， 台灣皮膚科醫學會2008年度之最新每年容額為32-33名。本研究採用灰色預測模式，來預測2008年後，臺灣地區「皮膚科醫師」的人力資源供需量趨勢，針對皮膚科醫師人力供需之狀況進行預測。
以門診量及醫師生產力做分析2009年時皮膚科醫師人力供給超過需求11.3%，2007年時每位皮膚科醫師醫師服務人口為30570人，到 2030年時每位皮膚科醫師醫師服務人口為15467人。

The purpose of this study is to predict the supply and demand trends of dermatologists manpower in Taiwan in 2009-2030 by using GM(1, 1 ) model of Grey System Theory. We found that, the supply of dermatologist manpower exceed demand about 11.3% in 2009. Every dermatologist severed 30570 people in 2007. But every dermatologist will server only15467 people in 2030.
