睡眠呼吸中止症是最常見的睡眠障礙,並造成多種嚴重併發症,對健康有強烈隱憂,治療方式以連續陽壓呼吸器為黃金標準治療法。患者購買陽壓呼吸器時不再只是留意價位高低,而是對產品或服務所知覺的整體價值進行評估,與所付出的代價之間取捨,進而影響其購買意圖。本研究以文獻查證睡眠品質以及知覺價值的觀點,發現男性、肥胖罹患睡眠呼吸中止症的風險較高;當患有此睡眠障礙,淺睡期增加、熟睡期以及快速動眼期會減少,亦會造成覺醒增加和血氧濃度下降,而罹患睡眠呼吸中止症的病識感,以及健康信念,皆會影響購買陽壓呼吸器意圖。對於購買陽壓呼吸器的知覺價值,取得產品或服務過程中獲得利益,解決睡眠呼吸中止症所帶來問題,心情愉快以及滿足的感受,不會讓人擔心它的殘餘價值,如果呈正向相關,即有可能讓購買意願增加。本研究之發現仍須透過大型問卷調查資料佐證,才會有更實質明確的研究提供。
Obstructive sleep apnea is the most common sleep disorder and causes a variety of serious complications that have a strong risk of health problems. The application of continuous positive airway pressure during sleep is the gold standard treatment of OSA. Patient don't buy CPAP machines solely based on price, but overall assessment of the utility of based on products perceptions or service, and customer sacrifice and the benefits received in return will influence purchase intention. This study aims the literature reviews on sleep quality and perceived value and finds that men and obesity have a higher risk of OSA.With this sleep disorder, there is increase in light sleep, decrease in deep sleep and REM sleep, as well as an increase in wakefulness and oxygen desaturation.The sense of illness and health beliefs of suffering from OSA will affect the purchase intention of CPAP. For the perceived value of purchase intention of CPAP, the benefits gained in the process of obtaining a product or service, solving the problems caused by OSA, feeling pleasant and satisfied, will not make people worry about its residual value, and if it is positively correlated, it is likely to increase purchase intention. The findings of this study need to be corroborated by large scale questionnaire data in order to provide more substantive and definitive research.
