即時反饋系統(IRS)融入國小學童 口腔保健教學成效和滿意度探討

摘要


本研究主要目的旨在探討「IRS融入口腔保健教學」介入對學童口腔知識、態度及行為影響。研究者以「口腔保健評量」和「課程影響因素暨滿意度問卷調查」為研究工具。本研究採準實驗法,選擇本校五年三班和五年六班共51位學童為研究對象,將兩班分別分為實驗組及對照組。兩組均由研究者進行教學實驗,在教學實驗前先進行口腔保健知識、態度、行為評量為前側,再分別採用自編口腔保健教學教案,實驗組進行IRS融入教學、對照組則使用傳統PPT教學,包含四次口腔保健教學介入活動,每次活動時間四十分鐘,教學介入後,兩組再進行後測評量,並填寫影響課程因素與課程滿意度問卷。問卷調查所得資料,分別採用描述性統計、卡方考驗、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,進行資料分析與處理,其主要研究結果摘要如下:1.前測時,實驗組與對照組在知識、態度與行為上皆無顯著差異。2.實驗組後測時在知識、態度與行為三者得分皆顯著高於前測。3.對照組後測時在知識、態度與行為三者得分皆顯著高於前測。4.後測時,實驗組知識、態度得分皆顯著高於對照組,行為則無顯著差異。5.實驗組學童對IRS系統滿意度,介於同意和非常同意之間。課程滿意度問卷調查中,三個題項達統計上的顯著差異。研究結論發現:即時反饋系統(IRS)教學在口腔保健教學的運用是成功的,運用即時反饋系統(IRS) 融入口腔保健教學可以營造更佳上課氣氛,增加互動,增加團隊合作、討論與解決問題,學童對IRS系統融入口腔保健教育的課程接受度高,甚至是課後成效評量也有不錯表現。建議:1.學校辦理衛生教育,可以多運用科技輔助工具於教學活動中,以有效的提升學生學習成就或興趣與教學品質。2.未來能夠運用此即時反饋系統(IRS)的精神發展出更多的教學教材,透過教學,讓學童能正式自己的健康問題,繼而能將健康知識甚至技能帶回家,並能落實於日常生中。

The objective of this research is to examining the impact of oral health education with Interactive Response System (IRS) as a teaching tool on elementary school students’ knowledge, attitude, and behaviors on dental health. A Quasi-Experimental Design was implemented in this study. Two classes of totally fifty-one 5th grade elementary school students participated in this study. One class with twenty-five students served as the experimental group (using IRS), and the other class with twenty-six students served as the control group (using traditional lecture method). The experiment was given totally 4 periods in a week. Each period spent 40 minutes. Data collection included the scores of questionnaire on students’ knowledge, attitude, and behaviors on dental health pre and post the classes. After the classes, students’ satisfaction and perceptions were also investigated. Data analysis tools included descriptive analysis, Chi-Square Tests, t tests, and One-Way ANOVA. This results showed that oral health education, either with or without the facilitation of IRS, had significant change on students’ knowledge and attitude on dental health but had limited impact on students’ behaviors. However, the increment of students’ knowledge and attitude on dental health in experimental group was more significant than the students’ in control group. Compared with traditional lecture, the application of IRS increased the student’s involvement in class, more willingness to interaction with peers discussion and problem solving. According to the findings, author suggested more IRS applications in various classes on health promotion can be introduced and tested in elementary school.
