中部某醫學中心於住院部門推動全人整合醫療服務計畫之關鍵成功因素的探討

摘要


研究目的:臺灣於1993年近入高齡化社會階段,根據世界衛生組織(World Health Organization, WHO)定義,高齡化社會是指65歲以上高齡人口數佔總人口數超過7%,基於高齡人口的迅速增加,以及隨之快速增長的長期照護需求,「全人照護模式(Holistic Health Care)」以病人為中心,能夠提供生理、心理、靈性及社會支持的,涵蓋這些需求的族群所需要的所有身心靈上的全方位照護。本研究以個案醫院為研究對象,探討醫院員工組織管理能力、行政資源、人員專業能力對於全人健康照護相關計畫的執行之效益的相關性。 研究方法:本研究屬調查研究法,樣本選擇採用便利抽樣,使用結構式問卷進行調查,問卷發放時間為110年5月14日至5月31日,共發出111 份問卷,回收率100%,其中有效問卷111份,有效率100%。針對問卷作信效度分析、描述性分析、迴歸分析、比較分析及相關分析。 研究結果:本研究結果顯示人員專業能力對計畫效益是有顯著影響(p<0.001);組織管理能力對計畫效益是有顯著影響(p<0.001);行政資源對計畫效益則是沒有顯著的影響(p=0.420),人員專業能力對計畫效益影響最大,組織管理能力也有影響性,但影響性不大。

Purpose: Taiwan entered the stage of the aging society in 1993, according to the definition of WHO (World Health Organization), aging society refers to the number of senior citizens over 65 years for more than 7% of the population. This is based on the rapid increase of the senior population and the rapid growing of the demands for long-term care. The Holistic Health Care model is patient-centered, and provides physical, psychological, spiritual and social support that are sufficient to meet the needs of ethnic groups that meet these needs. This study uses a hospital located in middle area of Taiwan as research object. As the research object, this paper explores the relevance of hospital staff's organizational management, administrative resources, and personnel profession to the ability to implement the care plan related to the holistic health care. Material and Method :This research used research survey method. The sample selection adopts convenient survey and the structured questionnaire is used for the survey. The survey time is from May 14, 2021 to May 31, 2021. A total of 111 questionnaires were sent out, and 111 were recovered. The recovered rate is 100%, of which 111 valid questionnaires are available, and the effective rate is 100%. And the research analysis methods used reliability and validity analysis, descriptive analysis, regression analysis, comparative analysis and correlation analysis. Result and Discussion :The results of the study show that the ability of personnel profession has a significant influence on the plan’s benefit (p<0.001); the ability of management also has a significant influence on the plan’s benefit (p<0.001); the influence of administrative resources on the ’s benefit impact is not significant (p=0.420).We found the ability of personnel profession has the greatest impact on the plan’s benefit, and the ability of organization and management also has an impact, but the impact is not significant.
