幽門螺旋桿菌(Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori)的感染會引起發炎反應,與胃部慢性疾病息息相關,本研究擬探討神秘果萃取物抑制幽門螺旋桿菌誘發AGS細胞的發炎反應。 新鮮神秘果實以95%乙醇分別萃取得全果、果皮與果肉以及種子三種萃取物,分別測試抑菌效果,並以幽門螺旋桿菌黏附AGS細胞之模式探討。 結果顯示,三種神秘果萃取物皆有抑制幽門螺旋桿菌生長的效果,以全果萃取物對幽門螺旋桿菌生長之抑制具最佳的效果,其次為果皮與果肉萃取物;對幽門螺旋桿菌黏附於胃上皮細胞而引起之發炎的試驗中得知,神秘果的不同萃取物都具有抑制幽門螺旋桿菌附著之功用,而種子萃取物具有最好的抗發炎活性。
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection can cause inflammation and be associated with stomach chronic diseases. In this study inhibition of inflammation by H. pylori induced AGS cells through the miracle fruit extracts. Whole fruit, peel and pulp, and seed was extrated with 95% ethanol. All extracts were used to measure the antibacterial effect, anti-adhesive ability and anti-inflammatory response, by H. pylori-induced AGS cell model. Results showed that all three miracle fruit extracts can inhibit the growth of H. pylori, whole fruit extract showed the best inhibition on H. pylori growth and then was peel and pulp extract. All three extracts showed inhibition on the adhesion of H. pylori to AGS cell. Seed extracts had the best anti-inflammation.
