摘要


市面上可選擇的三維列印機樹脂有很多種,除了有不同的顏色可以選擇之外,用來製作牙科數位模型的樹脂,其成型後的機械性質也很重要。要列印製作出一件符合需求的成品,可能更側重於精密度來達到更小的尺寸偏差或者是對於機械強度的提升為主的考量。這裡提供了一個方法來改變三維列印樹脂的特性,包括了尺寸偏差量以及機械強度。實驗利用加入不同濃度的石墨以及二氧化鈦進入光固化樹脂,使其使用不同的每層光固化時間。探討上述條件對列印成品的影響,這主要包括了拉伸強度、邵氏硬度以及尺寸偏差的大小。使用單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)進行檢定,之後並透過 Tukey HSD multiple comparison 進行組間事後比較。p < 0.05 被認為具有統計意義。縱觀不同的條件之下,得到以下結論增加每層光固化時間可以使機械性質提高,成型尺寸變大,列印分辨率下降。加入0.2%二氧化鈦填料時,同樣的在每層光固化2.5秒時有更佳的機械性質。加入石墨填料雖使得強度下降,但能得到更穩定且更小的尺寸偏差量。

There are many resins for 3D printers on the market. In addition to different colors, the mechanical properties of the resin used to make the dental digital model are also very important. To print and produce a finished product that meets the requirements, it may be more focused on precision to achieve smaller dimensional deviation or the main consideration for the improvement of mechanical strength. Here is a method to alter the properties of 3D printing resins, including dimensional deviation and mechanical strength.The experiment uses adding different concentrations of graphite and titanium dioxide into the photocurable resin, so that it uses different photocuring times for each layer. Discuss the influence of the above conditions on the printed product, which mainly includes tensile strength, Shore hardness and dimensional deviation. One-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) was used for testing, followed by post hoc comparison between groups by Tukey HSD multiple comparison. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Looking at different conditions, it is concluded that increasing the light curing time of each layer can improve the mechanical properties, increase the molding size, and reduce the printing resolution. When adding 0.2% titanium dioxide filler, the same has better mechanical properties at 2.5 seconds per layer of light curing. The addition of graphite filler reduces the strength, but can obtain more stable and smaller dimensional deviation.
