整合TRIZ與四階段QFD於主力產品和潛力產品之研究—以工業電腦為例

摘要


近年來,全球工業電腦產業間的競爭越趨激烈,許多企業認為研發能力與產品的創新,為企業維持競爭力的關鍵,故各大企業紛紛考慮將其資源投入於研發與創新,並且隨著消費者意識之抬頭,「滿足顧客需求」遂成為企業所追求之目標。為此,企業必須以滿足顧客需求為其研發之最高指導原則,進而不斷的在其產品創新,以維持其競爭優勢。然而,創新研發往往是個曠日費時的工作又具有高度的不確定性,如何及早確認研發方向並衡量其創新效益,是一項重要的研究議題。有鑑於此,本研究特以工業電腦中的主力產品數位電子看板與潛力產品博奕機為研究案例,利用情境模擬來降低進入潛力市場不確定風險,並整合TRIZ與4QFD理論應用,以期在早期產品開發階段中利用4QFD將顧客需求,轉化為相關之產品規格,使得企業之研發方向得以符合顧客之所需;並以TRIZ理論為其創新方法之參考依據,以確保創新的可行性,而提升產品規格之潛在效應,得以在研發投入前提早確保創新效益,並分析潛力產品市場之風險以及找出共同性與差異化之重要零組件。

Recently, the Global Industrial PC Market is become more competitive. In order to maintain the competition advantage, many of company had believed that enhance the R&D Capability and Products Innovation as a key of success. Therefore, many company had starting consider to allocate more resources on products research and development field. In order to increase the Market Share, the “Customer Satisfaction” had become a major target of the company. The company needs to consider the customer satisfaction as a major concern during design and develop the products. Continuously products innovation will keep the company one step ahead compare with other competitor. However, the resource that is involved on products research and innovation will cause a huge investment of the company. Additionally, this huge investment will not guarantee to get successful products that are accepted by the market. Therefore, how to ensure the research and innovation direction is able to fulfill the market requirement becomes one of the important research topics. In this case, this project is based on the most popular Industrial PC products, Digital Signage and the Gambling-Slot Machine. This project is using a simulation that involves both TRIZ and four-phase QFDs theory to reduce a risk for products while penetrates a potential market. Using four-phase QFDs to consider the customer requirement during the design state will help to develop a product, which can fulfill the customer satisfaction, and to ensure the research direction is on a right way; By theory of TRIZ as a innovation method, It can ensure the possibility of the innovation can able to enhance the products capability and specification as a potential effectiveness. Therefore, It can ensure the effectiveness and the advantages of the innovation before decide to develop a products. And analyse the risk of the product market of potentiality and find out share the important spare part.
