隨著科技進步,電子產品日新月異,由於產品生命週期變短,供應商及企業之間為了得取得利潤,產品一直推陳出新,然而在這看似平凡的循環的背後卻隱藏著令人擔憂的問題,產品製造到回收掩埋的頻率增加,對地球生態更是一大浩劫。 在21世紀的現今,面對地球日漸暖化的問題,節能減碳已是國際間重視的議題之一,許多國家開始對減碳措施建立相關法令條約,例如ISO 14064規範組織與計劃層級與計畫層級溫室氣體盤查即計畫的機制;我國也制定永續能源政策綱領針對溫室氣體進行減量。 隨著碳足跡的議題日漸受重視,產品碳足跡的評估計算方法因不同組織單位的需求也衍生出多種方法,為了深入對產品碳足跡進行減量。根據研究指出,在台灣實施碳標籤有助於產品的銷售,目前歐盟、澳洲、加州、日本;韓國與泰國也建立了相關的產品碳足跡制度。本研究利用簡化式生命週期評估其一之經濟投入產出生命週期評估(EIO-LCA)來評估產品於生命之週期中的碳排放量,以利企業了解組織及產品的碳排放熱點,接續所評估之結果,利用系統動態學建立系統模型,針對產品的碳排放熱點進行減碳策略之情境模擬,讓企業評估減碳過程之成本與碳足跡標準規範下的權衡,從而於降低碳足跡之過程中獲得最大利益。本論文示範所提方法論實際應用於產品碳足跡減量與其成本花費。
With the advance of science and technology, the life cycle of products become more and more short, then a lots of electronic products are eliminated by this situation, besides, suppliers and corporate in order to get more profits, new products will developed and manufactured rapidly. Although it seems like a normal situation. Howerer, there are many potential problems in this cycle, for example, the frequency is rapid increase in products manufacturing to discard, it's a great calamity for the ecology of earth . In the 21 century, today we face many global warming problems, however, if we don’t want the problems get worse, energy and carbon reduction is the one of solution , so, many countries and organizations have begun to establish relevance carbon reduction measures and policies including Taiwan, like GHG Protocal et al. A result of research indicate that products with carbon footprint label can improve it’s sales in Taiwan. Not only Taiwan but other countries, like Japan, Korean also have relevance ways for their products. This research use EIO-LCA evaluate the carbon emission of products in their life cycle which can let company know the hotspots of carbon footprint of products. After that, we use the System Dynamics to construct models, then we conduct some simulations for the hotspots of carbon emission. By these simulations which can let company know how much cost they need.
