摘要

會議管理系統(Conference Management System)是一個應用於舉辦學術研會，提供參加者上傳論文、審查論文、觀看論文審查狀態等等操作與管理功能的系統，為了提供不同地區的參加者使用，系統大多數是以Web-Based的型態呈現，網路上已經有一些現成的開放原始碼(Open Source)會議系統，提供常用的會議管理功能，但是，當主辦單位需要特定的功能時，通常需要修改大量的程式碼來進行功能需求的變更，不免造成維護上的困難與成本的增加。由於類似的系統在表單功能以及操作流程上俱有高度的重覆性，針對這類型的操作模式，本論文提出一個有彈性的模型做為會議系統的基礎架構，藉由對表單、問題以及命令做高階的包裝，讓使用者能以較低的成本，更高的可靠性建立客製化的會議管理系統。

A conference management system is an information system used by an academic conference, providing users with the functionalities of uploading papers, reviewing papers, viewing review results, etc. In order to offer access from all over the world, the system is usually web-based. There are several open source conference management systems available in the internet. These systems offer the most common functionalities needed to host a conference. However, when a special functionality is required, the conference manager needs to revise a lot of source code to satisfy the requirement. It casts maintenance difficulties and increases the cost. Since conference management systems exhibit similar form functions and operation flows, this thesis proposes a model that can be used to construct a generic conference management system. Our model packages form, question, and command in a very high level way so that a conference manager can build a customized conference management system with less cost and higher reliability.
