筆記型電腦是台灣產業中重要的一環,全球超過九成是由台灣的專業代工廠商生產。提供滿足顧客需求的產品並能如期量產上市,才能協助顧客成功獲得市場,本論文以QFD方法協助代工廠商在產品開發初期迅速掌握顧客需求,系統化地轉換成技術需求、零組件設計、製程與生產規劃,妥善分配資源與確定代工廠努力的目標,特別在QFD展開中發展出第五階;針對外購與委外生產組件的管理進行規劃,透過QFD 1—5階段展開與結合TRIZ 發展出解決管理、溝通衝突矛盾的流程架構,有效的解決在QFD 1—5展開中每一階段管理上的溝通、衝突矛盾,並以TRIZ 40個創新原則,提出問題解決的建議對策。本研究個案筆記型電腦主機板產品開發研究結論;在QFD 1—5展開結合TRIZ解決產品開發過程中,存在各單位間管理上的溝通與衝突矛盾,所得到最多的創新原則建議為「10先前動作(預防)」、「18機械震動(同步與協調)」、「32改變光學性質(增加透明度)」,符合了產品開發流程中開發團隊應該要導入預防錯誤再發、納入同步開發概念,在供應商與外包廠商管理上使其品質、成本、交貨、服務等等的能力指標更透明,QFD結合TRIZ提供了一套系統化的問題解決流程與對策協助管理人員解決問題。

To provide the product of meeting customer requirement on time can help customer uccessfully occupy market share. This paper utilize the method of quality function deployment (QFD 1—5) to assist ODM quickly grasping customer requirement at the initial of product development then systematically transfer these requirement to technical require, parts design, process and production plan. Make ODM resource be properly distributed and the goal be set. Specially; In QFD fifth phase to purchasing, outside the committee and producing the part to get all the materials plan and manage. To use QFD 1—5 combine TRIZ method develop the process structure of solving management, communication conflict, which exist between R&D team. It effectively solve the problem occurring in QFD 1—5 phase via TRIZ 40 principles. We get most common TRIZ innovation principles as: 10 Preliminary action (prevention), 18 Mechanical vibration (concurrent & coordination), 32 Optical changes (increase transparency). These fit the concept new product development must include error prevention, conduct concurrent, enhances control the capacity index of vendor, which include quality, cost, delivery and service. The method QFD combining TRIZ provide a systematic conflict problem solving process and structure, which provide useful innovation principle and help manager solve these problem.
