教育部自95學年度試辦產學攜手合作專班,且逐年調整參與學校與人數,以此做為培育基層技術人員及促進產業持續發展方案。經試辦及正式實施多年以來,對參與產學攜手合作計畫專班學生的相關研究分析,甚少探究,故本研究欲分析技專校院學生參與計畫後之學習滿意度,以提供學校辦學及相關技職教育單位參考。 本研究採問卷調查法,使用研究者自行編製並請專家審查修訂之「技專校院產學攜手合作計畫專班學生學習滿意度問卷」為研究調查工具,選定97學年度技專校院產學攜手合作計畫專班學生為研究對象,共計發放500份問卷,有效問卷449份,有效回收率90%。調查問卷所得之資料,以SPSS 12.0套裝軟體進行資料處理及統計分析。經資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、目前技專校院產學攜手合作計畫專班學生學習滿意度,除了「權益福利」為中等程度的滿意之外,整體及各層面均達「中高程度」,且以「人際關係」滿意程度最高。 二、目前技專校院產學攜手合作計畫專班學生學習滿意度,以「對於學校老師的專業知識」、「對於學習到如何與人互動溝通」、「對於與職場同事相處融洽」三題項的滿意程度最高,以「對於在職場實習時需支付全額學雜費」、「對於職場提供的加班費、額外津貼、獎助學金等」、「對於在職場工作的薪資、年終獎金等」三題項的滿意程度最低。 三、技專校院產學攜手合作計畫專班學生背景變項中,除「性別」外,其餘變項的產攜專班學生對學習滿意度的整體與各層面上的滿意度,均達顯著差異。
The Ministry of Education initiated the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan in 2006, to cultivate basic technical personal and to industry continuous development. It has adjusted the number of participation schools annually. However, there hasn’t been many studies concerning the learning satisfaction of students who participated in the plan. This study mainly focuses on analyzing the students’ learning satisfaction in technological institutions and universities after participating the Plan. The purpose of this study is to provide useful information to those schools and education authority. This study employs questionnaire methodology and uses “The Questionnaire of the Students’ Learning Satisfaction of Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan in Technological Institutions and Universities”. The samples were drawn from the students studying in technological institutions and universities in 2008 in Taiwan. The sample size is 500, and 449 respondents were successfully interview. The response rate was 90%. All the data collected was processed and analyzed with SPSS 12.0. The main findings are as follows: 1.Except “rights and welfare” the students’ learning satisfaction of industrial-academic cooperation plan in technological institutions and universities were above mid-level in all items, while “interpersonal relationship” was the highest one. 2."The school teacher's professional knowledge", "how to interact with others to communicate", and "is together well with the workplace colleagues" are the three items with highest level of satisfaction. "Practical training in the workplace, need to pay full tuition", "the workplace provides overtime pay, extra allowances, scholarships, etc.", and "a salary, year-end bonuses in the workplace" are the three items with the lowest level of satisfaction 3.Except for “gender”, all variables on this study are statistically significant.
