影響中華職棒球迷對於球隊滿意度和行為意向之研究-探討識別顯著性和組織認同之關係

摘要


台灣自從有了職棒後,不僅是棒球運動活了起來,連帶著社會各階層也隨之動了起來。棒球儼然已經成為台灣熱情、活潑的休閒文化中最重要的一部份。職棒也是我國最具有規模且最早成立的職業運動,堪稱為「國球」。由於職業運動要發展一定要有球迷來捧場,球隊又非常依賴球迷的支持與認同,在以往的研究中,鮮少有專家學者針對球迷對於球隊的認同進行探討。其實這是個非常值得探討的議題,因為球迷對球隊的認同不僅可以帶動職業運動的發展,更可以促進相關產業的蓬勃發展。因此本研究希望建立一模式建構,並以台灣「國球」-職棒為例,以涉入、依附、企業形象和球團經營為前置因素來探討球迷對於球隊的滿意度、識別顯著性、組織認同和行為意向之間關聯性,期望協助球團的球隊經營者能透過這些前置的影響因素來了解球迷對於球隊之滿意度、提升其對球隊的認同,進而持續地支持球隊、參與球賽、購買相關商品,使得球隊永續經營下去,持續地成長和茁壯。 本研究採取驗證性的方法,以網路問卷調查的方式,針對隸屬於中華職棒某球隊的球迷為研究對象,回收之有效問卷為760份,在各項衡量指標達到標準之後,利用線性結構關係(LISREL)作為因果模式和研究假設的探討工具來進行實證分析。經過模式配適,所得之結論路徑關係如下: ㄧ、涉入與識別顯著性和組織認同之關係 本研究實證結果顯示,涉入與組織認同兩者存有不顯著的關係。但是卻與識別顯著性呈現正向的顯著關係,因此得出涉入是以識別顯著性為其中介變項而影響組織認同。 二、依附、企業形象與識別顯著性和組織認同之關係 本研究實證結果顯示,依附、企業形象與識別顯著性、組織認同存有顯著的正向關係,因此假設成立。 三、球團經營與組織認同之關係 本研究實證結果顯示,球團經營與組織認同呈現顯著的正向關係。 四、識別顯著性與組織認同、行為意向之關係 本研究實證結果顯示,識別顯著性與組織認同呈現顯著的正向關係,而識別顯著性與行為意向亦存有顯著正向關係。 五、組織認同與滿意度、行為意向之關係 本研究實證結果顯示,組織認同對滿意度、行為意向的確存有顯著的正向關係,而滿意度亦對行為意向存有顯著正向關係,因此假設皆成立。 六、中介角色 本研究實證結果也顯示了,球迷的確會透過中介變項,即會透過識別顯著性、組織認同和滿意度,直接地對行為意向產生影響。

Since Taiwan has the professional baseball team, not only the baseball sport popular, other baseball related activities also become active. Baseball is lively and enthusiastic recreation trend. Professional baseball is Taiwan’s earliest and most organized professional sport. It can be named as the “national sport”. The professional sport needs its fan to support. The sport’s team depend its supporters and their affirmation. From the past study, very few researchers focus on this issue of fans’ support and approval. Therefore, this research uses this to construct a model and take the professional baseball as an example. By using the involvement, attachment, enterprise image and league management as the major factors, this research discusses the connection among identity salience, organizational identification, satisfaction and behavior intention, and it’s hoping to aid the manager of baseball team to understand the satisfied fans. Moreover, it’s raising fans’ identification to the baseball team, and the team fans will continue support the team, join the ball game, and bound up with products. This study takes a verification method to collect the questionnaire data from the baseball fans on the web site. There are total 760 effective questionnaires that had been collected. As each measurement index reached a standard, the linear structural relationship (LISREL) is used as a confirmatory tool to evaluate the reliability, validity and modular quality index. After those models were fitted, the outcomes are shown as following. First, there is no significant positive relationship from involvement to organizational identification. But, there is significant positive relationship between involvement and identity salience. Second, the significant positive relationship exists among attachment and enterprise image to identity salience and organizational identification. Third, the league management has direct effect on organizational identification. Fourth, there are significant positive relationships among identity salience, organizational identification and behavior intention. Fifth, there have a direct effect on organizational identification to satisfaction and behavior intention; moreover, there has a direct effect on satisfaction to behavior intention. Sixth, fans get direct effect to behavior intention through mediation effects of identity salience, organizational identification and satisfaction.
