含磷聚酯/CDS複合材料之合成、功能與熱性質分析研究

摘要


本論文分別探討化學合成含磷聚酯,及加入無機散熱涼爽粉體(CDS),使含磷聚酯具涼爽舒適之功能性。 本研究之實驗(I)是藉由添加不同比例之阻燃劑2-羧基乙基(苯基)次磷酸(2-Carboxyethyl (phenylphosphinic) acid ,CEPPA),製備出含磷聚酯;本實驗由雙-2-羥基乙基對苯二甲酸酯(Bis-2-Hydroxylethyl Terephthalate,BHET)、乙二醇(Ethylene Glycol,EG)和CEPPA聚縮合反應生成含磷共聚酯化合物,可做為阻燃性聚酯材料。 本研究之實驗(II)是藉由添加不同比例之CDS與固定比例之CEPPA製備出含磷聚酯/CDS;本實驗由BHET、EG、CDS及CEPPA聚縮合反應生成含磷聚酯/CDS,其可做為多功能性聚酯複合材料;對實驗(I)及(II)之複合材料進行檢測,並觀察其阻燃性質、化學性質、熱性質、機械性質及功能性質之變化。 在含磷聚酯與含磷聚酯/CDS複合材料之結構分析中,以傅立葉紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)檢測其化學結構,發現添加此阻燃劑及CDS粉體並未出現與純聚酯不同之官能基特徵峰或是造成偏移現象。由掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察含磷聚酯/CDS表面型態之分散狀況。並以能量分散光譜儀(EDS)對其進行元素分析,顯示出鎂、鈣元素與極少量之P元素之存在。由熱重分析儀(TGA)分析含磷聚酯與含磷聚酯/CDS發現熱裂解溫度較純聚酯高。以示差掃瞄熱卡分析儀(DSC)進行檢測,發現含磷聚酯之Tg與Tm,但隨著CEPPA含量增加,而有下降之趨勢;而含磷聚酯/CDS之Tg與Tm,則隨著CDS之增加而提高,經由限氧指數(LOI)測試以了解含磷聚酯與含磷聚酯/CDS之阻燃性質及燃燒型態。 最後,對含磷聚酯/CDS複合材料進行熱電偶溫差與Alambeta之測試,以評估含磷聚酯/CDS複合材料之散熱涼爽功能性質。在以上測試中,複合材料均隨著CDS粉體含量之增加,有較佳之熱調節能力。

In this study, the Experiment is divided into two parts. At part (I), which the fire-retardant (2-Carboxyethyl (phenylphosphinic) acid,CEPPA) in various weight percentage was added during the chemosynthesis of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET);while at part (II), which the cooling powders (CDS) in various weight percentages and the fire-retardant (2-Carboxyethyl (phenylphosphinic) acid,CEPPA) in fixed weight percentage (3%) were added during the chemosynthesis of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). Afterward, its thermal properties, fire-retard properties, mechanical properties and the variation of functional performance were discussed. The Bis-2-Hydroxylethyl Terephthalate (BHET), Ethylene Glycol (EG), CDS and CEPPA were adopted to synthesize polyester which contains CDS and phosphorous element, therefore the products could be multi-purpose polyesters. The chemical structures were investigated by FT-IR. The SEM was used to observe the morphology of polyester which contains CDS and phosphorous element and also its results were utilized to determine the dispersibility of inorganic particles. The results of EDS showed the existence of Ca, Mg and phosphorous elements. The fire-retard properties and combustion state of composite materials were investigated by Limit Oxygen Index (LOI). For the thermal properties, the decomposition temperature and weight loss rate of polyester which contains CDS and phosphorous element were analyzed with TGA;The variation in glass transition temperature(Tg)and melting temperature(Tm) were analyzed with DSC. Finally, the cooling function of polyester which contains CDS and phosphorous element were studied by thermocouple temperature difference system and alambeta. From the results of these two mentioned tests, the polyesters which contains CDS and phosphorous element were concluded to possess better thermal effects while compared with regular PET polyester.
