本研究旨在瞭解新北市推動國中生涯檔案建置之行政與教學遭遇問題以及實施成效,比較不同背景變項教師遭遇問題與對實施成效看法之差異。本研究除對相關文獻進行探討之外,主要採問卷調查法,以「新北市推動國中生涯檔案建置調查問卷」為研究工具,針對新北市負責國中生涯檔案業務之輔導處兼任行政教師與輔導活動科教師為研究對象分兩卷進行調查。 以60%比例抽取新北市50所公立國民中學,共寄發行政問卷100份、教學問卷147份,回收有效行政問卷77份,有效教學問卷121份。將問卷所得結果採平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料處理及分析,獲致以下研究結果: 一、新北市推動國中生涯檔案建置之行政遭遇問題不大,惟組長在跨領域支援上遭遇問題較嚴重。 二、新北市推動國中生涯檔案建置之教學遭遇問題主要為輔導科教師認為其他科教師對生涯檔案瞭解不足。 三、新北市推動國中生涯檔案建置之實施成效在中等以上,且以生涯輔導的成效最好,輔導處兼任行政教師與非輔導專業教師較肯定生涯檔案建置之實施成效。 最後,根據研究結果對學校教師、教育行政機關及後續研究提出建議,以作為參考。
This study attempted to understand the effects and the suffered problems for the administration and teaching for implementing the junior high students’ career portfolios promoted by New Taipei City, and to compare the differentiation of the problems of the teachers with different background and thinking for the effect of implementation. This thesis not only studies the related work but also uses Questionnaire Survey as the main approach. To investigate into teachers for promoting administration and teachers for putting into practice by using “questionnaire survey of the implementing the junior high students’ career portfolios in New Taipei City“ as the research tool. Sixty percent (i.e., 50) of the public junior high schools in New Taipei City wewe selected and 100 administrative surveys and 147 education surveys were sent. There are 77 valid administrative surveys and 121 valid education surveys. By using the statistics approaches (e.g., the descriptive statistics, the mean, the standard deviation, the reliability, the t-test, the one-way ANOVA and so on) on processing the survey results, the significant findings are shown as follows: 1.Overall, the administrative problems are not too serious , the head of the more serious problem is chiefs often suffer from the lack of cross-cutting human resource support. 2.The main education problem is the counseling teachers consider that other teachers are lack of understanding career portfolio. 3.Processing the career guidance based on the career portfolios achieves best performance. Administration teachers and non-professional counselors approve the performance of the implementation of the career portfolios Finally, the research results can be the reference for teachers, education administrations and the future work.
