高職學生學習檔案實施現況之調查研究

摘要


本研究目的旨在瞭解不同變項背景之老師對高職學生學習檔案實施現況、學習檔案建構的內涵及學習檔案實施後之效益等相關情形作探討分析,並根據研究發現提出各項建議,供學校、教師、學生、家長及後續研究者的參考。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以台灣地區高職,依區域各取1/3所學校作為樣本選取的對象,抽取北、中、南及東等區域學校計有60所高職,720位高職老師(主任或組長180位、導師或輔導老師360位、專業科目老師180位)為研究對象,研究工具為「高職學生學習檔案實施現況之調查問卷」。所得資料以平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費法等統計方法處理。 本研究的主要發現如下: 1. 學習檔案實施現況:(1)學校學習檔案有無實施,兩者皆為公立學校多於私立學校;(2)實施對象,贊成全校每一位學生都實施最多;(3)實施時間,以每學期為主;(4)負責單位,多數認為教務處最適合、其次為輔導室、學務(訓導)處、實習輔導處或跨處、室合作辦理。 2. 學習檔案建構內涵:不同變項教師對「研習活動、各項學程課程、專題研究、文章發表、資料蒐集」等之看法有不同,其餘細項皆未達顯著差異水準,80%以上教師皆認為其具有重要性。 3. 學習檔案實施後之效益:不同變項教師對各構面之細項看法不同,但近80%教師認為學習檔案對學校、教師、學生及社會皆有其助益性。 4. 綜合開放性意見認為教師應給予學生明確的製作流程規範及相關單位支持與協助,有助於學生學習檔案的推動。

The purposes of the study were to investigate situation, contents, and effects of student’s learning portfolio performed by various background teachers in vocational high school.At last, according to the discoveries of the study, researcher provided some suggestions to schools, teachers, students, parents and follow-up studies in the future. The method of questionnaire survey was used in the study, and to perform on 720 teachers serving in 60 public or private vocational high schools across north, middle, south, and east. A total of 720 (including 180 directors or captains, 360 tutors or counseling teachers, and 180 professional teachers) effective questionnaires were returned from 60 schools.The tool used in the study is using the questionnaires to investigate the present application of learning portfolio by vocational students.The statistical methods used in the study were measures of central location and variation, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA),scheffe method. The conclusions of the were as follows: 1. In aspect of the situation of performing learning portfolio: (1) In performed school, the public school is more than private school. (2) Each student had better be practiced. (3) The student should be practiced in every term. (4) The best administration was Academic Affair Office, then Counseling Office, Student Affair Office, Practice Arrangement Office or cooperation across offices. 2. In aspect of contents of learning portfolio:There is significant difference of seminar activity, curriculum, professional study, periodical presentation, and data researching. 3. In aspect of effects of learning portfolio: There are about 80% teachers think that learning portfolio is helpful to schools, teachers, students, and society. 4. In aspect of free opinion:Teachers should provide clearly producing norm and supporting network to perform learning portfolio.
