整合科技接受模式理論與隱私探討行動通訊軟體之行為意圖-以LINE App為例

摘要


隨著科技日新月異,智慧型手機已是人類不可或缺的必需品,當行動網路的成熟以及手機功能的轉變帶動了行動應用服務的發展。行動通訊軟體則是行動應用服務之一,可透過無線網路進行免費通話,傳遞訊息、圖片、影片、地理位置等,為使用者提供相應服務的一種增值業務,無所不在的特性也滿足了使用者即時接收訊息的需求。隨著越來越多的人使用行動通訊軟體,商機更是無可限量,然而登錄的個資以及通訊內容的隱私,則是行動通訊時代必須面對的重大課題,因此本研究將納入隱私議題進行探討。通訊軟體LINE為國人最多人使用的通訊軟體之一,因此本研究以此做為研究的例子。 本研究以整合科技接受模式理論為架構,並將隱私與行動價值將納入本研究影響使用意圖變數之一,探討民眾對於採用行動通軟體之行為意向。本研究之研究方式採驗證性方法,問卷調查方式進行,研究對象以使用過通訊軟體LINE之使用者為主,回收400份有效樣本,並使用SPSS與AMOS統計軟體進行實證分析,結果發現理論模式適配情形良好,預期付出、社會影響、隱私與行動價值皆顯著影響使用者之行為意圖,且年齡具有部分干擾效果。表示操作簡易、行動價值之特性以及社會或週遭重要關係人之影響皆為使用者採用通訊軟體之因素,而業者對於通訊軟體之隱私保護程度越高,使用者之行為意圖則會提高。

Multi-function and smart phone has become mainstream and been increased dramatically in mobile phone market. The mobile communication apps play the important roles in new communication. Ubiquitous feature also meets the needs of users receive instant messages. As more and more people use the mobile communication apps, it is limitless business opportunities. However, the content of the communication of personal data and privacy, it is a major issue to be faced. The LINE has had many users in Taiwan. We use it as our study case. Therefore, this study will incorporate privacy issues are discussed. The research uses Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the research framework and two aspects about Privacy and Mobile Value to study the users of smart phones. This is an Empirical study. We distribute questionnaires who ever used the LINE in Taiwan.This paper recouped 270 questionnaires to analyze it with AMOS. The result show that Privacy, Mobile Value and Behavior Intention have positive relationship
