IC設計服務業產業價值鏈導入之研究

摘要


IC設計服務業屬於IC設計業的延伸產業,主要是結合服務業、醫療業、運動業等其它非機電產業。產業內企業價值鏈一般為,代工IC設計、產品規格開發、與組裝生產。台灣IC設計服務公司因全球化分工作業影響下,跨組織協同作業能力也漸漸受到重視。常見的協同作業模式包含跨部門作業、企業結盟、與全球採購等。在這種環境下,逐漸要求設計活動資訊的透明化與即時性,也促使設計鏈成為企業的標準作業流程。目前台灣的IC設計服務業的基礎生產環境大都已導入ERP來協助整合生產的流程。但協同設計環境下,因為國家、地理、或語言的限制下,設計人員無法在同時進行會議討論,即便是在網路發達的環境下,線上會議仍有地域時差的限制;此外IC設計過程中,夥伴彼此需要交換的規格資訊,含生產製程、材料、尺寸、外觀、說明文件等,來協助進行設計作業。而在這些作業環境限制下,產業價值鏈的訂定更是決定了企業核心的發展。 最後,研究將針對一跨國型之IC設計產業進行導入設計鏈之研究,並以DCOR與SCOR做為流程規劃方法;並搭配一運動型IC設計服務公司先進行作業流程之分析,再針對個案公司之產業需求,規劃其個案公司之資訊架構。

IC design service industry is the extension of IC design industry. IC design service industry has practical applications of service industry, medical industry, and exercise industry. The value chain of IC design service industry has original design manufacturer, product specification design, and product assembly. Under the global collaborative environment, constructing a platform for collaborative operations is becoming more and more important for most company. Since the global operation, this industry needs intra organization collaborative operation. In Taiwan, IC design service company had used ERP to integrate with all production process. Member of design department doesn’t discuss at the same time, because the central problem are in different country, different time zones, and different language. To take a simple example, partners of design operation need to exchange specification information to assist design operation. In this paper, a planning model of value chain for IC design service industry was constructed. And, the methodologies like SCOR and DCOR was applied. Finally, a case company was applied to demonstrate the above model’s application.
