本研究主要是將Na2O-CaO-SiO2-P2O5系生醫玻璃,添加15、30、50wt%氧化鐵(Fe2O3),以煆燒的方式將Na2O、CaO、SiO2、P2O5粉末混合氧化鐵粉末在高溫(1400℃)煆燒後淬火,使之形成含磁性之生醫玻璃材料,並探討磁性生醫玻璃在不同含鐵量下的磁性變化,且利用交流電螺旋磁場使其發生磁滯損失之情形,藉以觀察生醫玻璃溫度之變化。 Na2O-CaO-SiO2-P2O5系生醫玻璃具有生物可降解性,生物相容性,置於生物體內會被免疫系統所規避,又因此生醫玻璃含有氧化鐵,具有磁性,故可在一外加磁場作用下,使生醫玻璃產生溫度,進而以溫熱療法方式治療腫瘤細胞,也可用於當做藥物載體,藉著溫度的控制,釋放藥物以進行治療。
