在地狹人稠的都會區,為了增加使用空間,建築物設計逐漸朝高層及地下發展,造成地下室工程之規模和深度日益增加,地下室開挖以前的評估階段,對於如何開挖地下室,應審慎評估後選擇最適當的開挖工法,因為它直接的影響到後續地下室的設計與施工,地下室開挖的安全問題、工期長短與花費金額,皆密不可分。 本研究首先蒐集工程界採用的各種地下室開挖工法,接著對於各個工法的適用條件、施做原則、優點及缺點作深入的瞭解,接著經由蒐集各種不同的地下室開挖施工案例,並從中選擇具有代表性因素的案例,如開挖面積廣大…等,然後詳細分析各案例之基地背景、地形條件、地質與地下水狀況等,並於地下室開挖階段,進行基地現場調查,瞭解整個開挖工法的流程與細節,並檢討施工過程中是否有影響開挖工法的因素。之後藉由分析其他開挖工法,套用至開挖案例中,做出不同的評估,再與已經使用的工法,做交叉的比較分析,是否有可以選用其他開挖工法的條件,最後提出結論與建議。希望能在眾多的地下室開挖工法中,選用應地至宜的方法,達到地下室開挖的安全、快速與經濟。
In order to increase the space of metropolis, the building is gradually higher and foundation excavation is deeper. So the foundation excavation method is more important than that before. Because of the design, construction, safety, duration and cost are the influence factors to evaluate the foundation excavation method at preliminary stage. Many kinds of the foundation excavation methods are collected, and then evaluate suitability, construction principles, advantages and drawbacks of that. Finally, many cases of foundation excavation project is analyzed and choose presentative case to know the in-situ description, geologic condition and ground water distribution. At foundation excavation stage, the in-situ investigation is conducted, the details and procedure of the foundation excavation method is comprehended, and to examine some kinds of factors if influence foundation excavation method. It can be analyzed the other kinds of foundation excavation method, and apply that to some excavation cases, so it can be compared with that before used. Hence, the conclusion is can be represented, and the suitable foundation excavation metho -d is executed. So the safety, convenience and economic foundation excavation me -thod is approached.
