現在越來越多的企業採用了產品生命週期管理系統(Product Lifecycle Management,PLM)來做為產品週期管理的一個系統。藉由資訊科技將企業知識於共享資訊平台上來運用,並包含多種程序流程從垂直構面的研發、規畫、生產、行銷、量產到產品的回收或淘汰,到橫向構面的上游零組件廠商、下游客戶協同合作的產品開發系統。並可結合已存在的企業資料成為企業完整的資訊管理系統。如結合供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management;簡稱SCM系統) 、企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning;簡稱ERP系統)、客戶關係管理(Customer Relationship Management;簡稱CRM系統)…等。由此建立良好的知識管理資訊系統來提昇企業競爭力。 如何把企業無形資產轉化為可看見及可量化的資訊,本論文將探討電子製造業導入PLM系統的過程中所遇到的問題及結果成效。如何運用資訊管理平台重整資料、儲存資訊並建立相關資訊連結,整合資訊成為能再利用、傳承及學習的企業知識,探討出成功關鍵因素為何並落實於企業管理上。
As we know, many companies use the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system. The PLM system can integrate the whole product life process like the initial plan, research & development, validation, producing, marketing, recycling and elimination. In addition, the PLM system may be applied to the link suppliers, clients, and other internal ERP systems, especially like the SCM (Supply Chain Management) system, the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Thereby the company can build well up a knowledge management system to increase its core competence. The thesis will discuss how to transform the enterprise’s invisible assets to quantifiable information and debate on those factors which make the Electronic manufacturing industry introducing the PLM system successful. Furthermore the thesis will elaborate on how to use the knowledge management system to re-arrange and record information and to establish relative information linkage which integrates information into knowledge the enterprise may re-use and pass down. Eventually the thesis will interpret how the factors may be applied to business management practically.
