改善生質柴油引擎煙度及HC濃度排放之研究

摘要


若使用生質柴油添加在石化超級柴油中以減低柴油引擎廢氣排放中的煙度(smoke)和碳氫化合物(HC)濃度就必須將添加比例提高,否則,其減低效果仍然有限,因此,為了能在當前添加生質柴油比例的有限條件下,能明顯的獲得減低smoke和HC的排放濃度。因此,本研究在B10和B50廢食用油甲酯生質柴油中添加適量的生質酒精,其實驗結果顯示,添加酒精的生質柴油BE10和BE50對減低柴油引擎廢氣排放的smoke和HC濃度均有相當明顯減低的功用,但在NOx濃度以及燃料消耗率上,BE10和BE50酒精生質柴油均比石化超級柴油燃料高,另在排氣溫度上,BE10和BE50酒精生質柴油較石化超級柴油燃料低。

Biodiesel must be increased in using proportion that was blended with fossil super diesel for decreasing smoke and HC concentrations of exhaust gas emission from diesel engine; otherwise the decreasing effects are not obviously as well. Thus in order to obtain obviously in decreasing smoke and HC concentrations emission in the restrict of using biodiesel proportion so far, this study blended appropriate ethanol with waste fried oil methyl ester biodiesel B10 and B50, respectively. The experimental results indicated that biodiesels BE10 and BE50 that have been blended with ethanol are decreased smoke and HC concentrations obviously in exhaust gas emission of diesel engine. Nevertheless, regarding NOx concentration and BSFC, BE10 and BE50 both are higher than fossil super-diesel. Regarding exhaust gas temperature, BE10 and BE50 both are lower than fossil super-diesel.
