機器腳踏車噴射引擎觸媒轉換器加裝後含氧感知器之研究

摘要


國內機車使用密度位居世界第一,對於機器腳踏車(以下簡稱機車)廢氣汙染法規也日益嚴苛,故預計在機車七期環保法規(一百零七年一月一日開始實施)中增設機車車載診斷系統(on board diagnostics, OBD)之規定,OBD診斷項目中觸媒轉換器的監測至為重要,針對機車排氣管中之觸媒轉換器加裝後含氧感知器進行監測,期能持續提升機車的燃油效率及改善空氣品質。本研究在三陽R1 125 EFI電子燃油噴射引擎之排氣系統排氣管上觸媒轉換器之後出口處的三個膨脹室分別安裝三只後含氧感知器,來探討觸媒轉換器前和後所測量到之含氧感知器的電壓訊號,以及各種廢氣排放濃度CO、CO2、THC和NOx等四項氣體和排氣溫度的差異。研究結果顯示,當後含氧感知器裝置在觸媒轉換器出口端的第一膨脹室時,所得到之數據資料會較裝置在第二或第三膨脹室精準且反應速度較快,對於診斷觸媒轉換器劣化程度的監控也更為可靠。

Taiwan motorcycle's density is the highest in the world. The pollution policy in motorcycle’s exhaust emissions also become stricter increasingly. In order to promote motorcycle’s fuel economy and improve air quality continuously, the on board diagnostics (OBD) system was necessarily set in motorcycle at seven environmental protection regulation (expect to implement on January 1, 2018) to monitor the degradation degree of the catalyst converter. The SYM R1 125 cc. electric fuel injection (EFI) engine was mounted three extra rear oxygen sensor individually in three buffer rooms of the muffler to investigate the difference in voltage signal, exhaust gas temperature and exhaust emissions (CO, CO2,THC, and NOx) in front of and after the catalyst converter in this study. The experience results show that rear oxygen sensor installed near the outlet of catalyst converter is more accurate and reliable to diagnose the degradation degree of catalyst converter than it was set in the second and third buffer room.
