高科技廠房防火散熱設計-以無塵室為例

摘要


高科技廠房火災之滅火方式主要是以撒水或窒息式氣體兩種接觸性之滅火方案,使用於高科技廠房之特殊環境中,存在水損失或人員窒息之傷亡風險。因此,本研究探討不同之散熱系統與設計理念,並模擬系統配置於無塵室中,且在不觸及空間內部任何物體為原則下,將火災高溫傳導於外部。藉此使內部溫度下降,以延緩閃燃點之發生時間,提供時間給予人員逃生或初期滅火,降低人員傷亡與財務損失。本研究以美國FMRC機構統計全世界半導體廠機台意外事故最高之濕式清洗台為起火點,設計火源與釋熱率計算,並利用FDS火災模擬程式模擬無塵室火災動態,其中應用不同之散熱系統設計理念與熱傳原理,改良散熱系統。同時,針對火災熱對流之熱傳原理,本研究將散熱系統之散熱基板變更為鰭片,結果顯示確實能夠提升散熱效益。

Meanwhile, convection heat transfer principle for the fire, In this study, cooling system cooling change fins. Showing the results that can enhance the thermal efficiency.
