應用平衡計分卡及品質機能展開發展有效的物料管理作業 -以某連接器製造廠為例

摘要

物料管理是企業管理中重要的一環，若能以平衡計分卡的四個構面來建立物料管理的目標，將可以更吻合企業的願景與策略。應用品質機能展開系統性之分析架構，能有效的將物料管理的目標轉換成各種物料管理作業的績效指標，針對重要性高但企業本身競爭力弱的活動提出行動方案且有效的管理，將能提高物料管理的績效，進而提升企業的競爭力。本研究以個案研究方式驗證所提出之系統性整合模式，得到結果如下：
一、本模式對於物料管理引進平衡計分卡之財務、顧客、企業內部流程、學習與成長四個構面方式，並決定最重要、最具代表性之因子，建立一個具有邏輯性的管理目標。
二、應用品質機能展開的技術，確 實 能夠有系統地發展出有效的物料管理作業，並探討出物料管理的績效衡量指標 ，與改善的優先順序。
三、經過以上做法後，個案公司提出兩個行動方案:(1)採購降價的行動方案(2)改善帳物一致的行動方案。

The materials management is one of the important management aspects in most enterprises. If the objectives of materials management are rooted on the four aspects of BSC(Balance Scorecard), they will align with the vision and strategy of enterprises.The analysis structure of QFD issystematically applied to convert the objectives of the materials management into the performance index of materials management operations. When those operation activities with weak performance are identified and improvement approaches are proposed, we may effectively improve the performance of materials management .
A case study is performed to verify the proposed model, the results are as follows:
1.The model introduces the four aspects of BSC：finance, customers, internal procedures, learning and developing, into material management .Then the model can help us choosing the most important and representative factor to establish the management objectives logically.
2.By applying QFD technology, we can develop the effective operation for material management systematically, find out key performance index for material management, and even define the priority for improvement.
3.Through the proposed approach, the case company does come out two action plans : (1) cost down of procurement (2) improvement of inventory record accuracy.
