固態氧化物燃料電池(solid oxide fuel cell,SOFC),是一種新型的發電裝置。 SOFC 有陰陽兩個電極,電極則由固態電解質薄膜所構成。SOFC的陽極材料是以含有Ni金屬及一些含稀土元素之Ce或Sm氧化物之陶金複合材料。SDC (Samarium-doped Ceria)與Ni結合為Ni-SDC而成為中溫型固態氧化物燃料電池(IT-SOFC)之陽極材料。本研究以水熱法合成40% Ni-SDC及60% Ni-SDC陽極複合粉末,探討礦化劑濃度和pH值對粉末性質(粒徑大小、結晶性、粒子型態)的影響。以硝酸鹽類為起始原料,以共沉法之粉末為水熱前軀物。水熱條件為200oC/10 h,合成出粒徑為20~30nm Ni(OH)2-SDC,經300 oC的熱處理形成粒徑為0.3~0.4μm的NiO-SDC。在經1000℃/4hr燒結後,再經還原形成Ni-SDC,測得其導電度在650℃為217 S/cm。
Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is a new type of electric power generation device。SOFCs are consisted of the cathode,anode and the electrolyte with the permeable films。The anode material contains Ni and rare earth elements,such as Ce or Sm oxide composite materials。 In this study,SDC (Samarium-Doped Ceria) was chose to replace the YSZ as the anode material。The combination of Ni and SDC as the anode material successfully reduces the operation temperature to 800 ℃。Ni-SDC cermets were prepared by using a co-precipitation process that use nitrates as precursor。The powder samples were heated to 200 ℃ under hydrothermal conditions for 10 h to synthesize Ni(OH)2-SDC,and then heated to 300 °C to from NiO-SDC。The samples with different combination ratio of Ni and SDC were prepared。The influence of mineralizer concentration and the pH value,particle size,crystallinity and agglomeration of powders were investigated,the effects of sintering condition on microstructure of anode cermet were also studied。The conductivity of the Ni-SDC cermet,made from hydrothermal powder is 217 S/cm at 650℃。
