本研究建立一棟辦公大樓模型進行模擬,研究方法運用動態建築物耗能模擬軟體DesignBuilder結合EnergyPlus,以全年逐時氣象資料來進行全年之動態耗能分析,針對在不同氣候區、開窗率、夜間機械通風時段、機械通風換氣次數、機械通風室內外溫差、建築結構型式,來探討晚上夜間通風潛能,結果顯示: 空調系統耗電及電費之節約耗電比例上,開窗率50%比30%高,夏月時台中於6月至8月;高雄9月表現比較優異;非夏月時台北比台中較節約,高雄節約比例最高。主機耗電在節約耗電比例上,夏月時相似,非夏月時開窗率30%比50%高,不同開窗率下,高雄整體之主機節約耗電比例表現最優異。以台北市為例節省用電之建議如下,機械通風以0-7點為設定開啟時間、機械通風換氣次數4次、機械通風室內外溫差2°C。 研究結果顯示將利用夜間通風來減輕日間之空調負荷,利用夜間離峰之用電開啟機械通風,來降低建築物內因建築物結構之延遲蓄熱及間歇空調所蓄積之空調負荷。提出夜間通風之概念來減少主機系統之設備容量及減輕台電於夏月之尖峰負荷,另外可利用尖峰與離峰之用電費用差異來節省企業用電費用。
This study established an office building simulation models,research methods using dynamic building energy simulation software DesignBuilder combines EnergyPlus,with annual hourly meteorological data for the full year of dynamic energy analysis for the different climatic zones,window Rate night,mechanical ventilation time, the number of mechanical ventilation,mechanical ventilation indoor and outdoor temperature,building structure type,to explore the potential of night ventilation at night, the results showed: Air-conditioning systems to save power consumption and the proportion of electricity,50% higher than windows 30% higher when Taichung summer months from June to August; Kaohsiung September were superior; non-summer months when compared to savings in Taipei,Taichung than Kaohsiung saving the highest proportion. Host power consumption savings in proportion,when the summer months is similar to non-summer months when the windows rate of 30% vs 50% higher rate of different windows,power saving Kaohsiung overall proportion of the host best performance. In Taipei,for example the following recommendations to save electricity,mechanical ventilation to 0-7 points set on time,4 times the number of mechanical ventilation, mechanical ventilation indoor and outdoor temperature difference between the 2 ° C。 The results showed that the use of night ventilation to reduce air conditioning load during the day,use of off-peak electricity at night on mechanical ventilation to reduce the building's internal structure of the building and the intermittent delay regenerative air accumulated in the air conditioning load。Put forward the concept of night ventilation to reduce the capacity of the host system's equipment and mitigate Taipower peak load in the summer months,in addition to the use of peak and off-peak electricity costs differences to save enterprises electricity costs 。
