都市校園與社區介面生態設計之研究─清雲科技大學西側沿街面為例

摘要


形塑自然生態的都市校園環境,可有效降低都市過度開發對於環境的衝擊。因此善用校園的開放空間,復育生態景觀,增加都市綠島,可提供民眾及緊鄰社區居民得以親近自然環境的資源。 清雲科技大學座落於桃園縣中壢市中心內,校園發展之初,於周邊豎立高牆,與社區居民環境產生隔閡;而為消弭現況環境介面生硬不舒適的問題,必須以生態處理整合校園與社區之介面環境。本研究以清雲科技大學西側沿街面為生態介面設計操作對象,透過文獻回顧及相關理論之應用,首先探討永續發展的重要性,進而分析生態都市相關理論與永續校園及生態社區之關係,並釐清生態設計之方法與解析介面議題的理論根據,作為本研究之基礎架構,最後藉由相關案例的借鏡與本研究個案之基地環境進行詳細分析,整合出適合當地環境之生態介面設計操作手法,進行模擬設計。本研究經由設計模擬操作,建議形塑校園與社區之生態介面,宜透過校園與社區的溝通互動適切開放,校園需改變以高牆作為校區領域的觀念,社區在環境正義的前提下凝聚對生態尊重的共同價值觀,學校可以鼓勵相關系所師生的規劃設計協助,社區可藉由營造方式鼓勵民眾參與,共同攜手將中介空間以適切的生態設計方法復育環境,增進景觀連接效益,改善傳統校園與地方社區的生態介面,整合環境與自然的和諧平衡。

Creating a city campus with green surroundings can effectively reduce the environmental impact of over-development. As a result, proper use of open space on campus, restoration of ecology and landscape, and augmentation of urban green land will make the public and the nearby community closer to resources of green environment. Ching Yun University is located in the city center of Chungli in Taoyuan County. In the early stage of development, the campus was separated from the community by erected walls, generating a sense of environmental alienation. In order to solve the uncomfortableness caused by the current interface that lacks for green land, we must deal with the interface between the campus and the community via eco-design. In this study, we took the west side of Ching Yun University as a case of eco-design. We first discussed the importance of sustainable development, and then analyzed the theory of ecocities and the relation between sustainable campus and ecological community. Furthermore, we clarify the methods of eco-design and understand the meaning of the term “interface” comprehensively. Finally, we come up with an appropriate approach of eco-design that fits the local environment through case study and site analysis. This study proposes that an eco-design of the interface between an urban campus and the adjacent community should go through the interaction between the campus and the community, which means the concept that a campus should be fenced-off is obsolete. If environmental justice can consolidate people’s values of ecological respect, if the school can encourage teachers and students in related departments to plan and design, and if the community can motivate the people to participate in, we will together restore the surroundings by eco-design, enhance the landscape connectivity, improve the ecological interface, and ultimately, keep a harmonious balance with nature.
