線性滑軌壽命分析與測試

摘要


本文分為兩部分對線性滑軌疲勞壽命問題進行探討,第一部分為利用有限元驗證滾珠接觸力與疲勞破壞機制,以及模擬在預壓狀態下以不同速度運行對滾珠內部最大剪應力的影響,驗證模擬產生最大動態剪應力週期與理論誤差約16%;第二部分為使用線性滑軌壽命測試機,測試線性滑軌壽命,利用目前線性滑軌壽命理論,繪出其負荷-壽命曲線,實驗四種不同尺寸的線性滑軌結果皆與製造商設定動額定負載值17%以內,相關係數在0.7以上,代表部分沿用軸承的壽命理論仍可適當用在估計線性滑軌壽命上。

This study discusses fatigue and life problems of linear guideway that is divided by two parts. The first part use finite-element-method to verify the rolling balls contact force and fatigue failure mechanism, and simulate the effect of max shear stress of rolling balls under preloading at different velocity. Verify the cycle of maximum dynamic shear stress and the error of theoretical and simulation is 16 percentage. The second part use the linear guideway life testing machine,and plot Load-life curve by linear guideway life theory. Testing four different sizes. The results was indicated to be 17 percentage higher than manufacturers catalog dynamic load rating.The correlation coefficient above 0.7. Representative the part of life of the bearing theory can estimate the life of linear guideway appropriately.
