摘要


酵素連結免疫吸附法檢測(Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay)是目前用於各種動、植物病蟲害及醫療用途上樣品之病原檢驗,具有準確、快速且能同時分析大量樣品的優點,且為目前健康種苗驗證作業中最常用的檢測方法。但傳統的ELISA檢測流程中,微量盤以緩衝液清洗後,需要儘量將水份瀝乾,目前多以人工方式將微量盤甩乾,耗時費力效率欠佳,本論文針對上述需求並採取傳統養蜂農業之蜂王漿採收機,設計一台分離機進行微量盤分離脫水工作。其目的是為了分離96孔或384孔微量盤中各種元素與化學原料,並在分離的過程如何去避免試管(well)與試管之間的汙染(例:在甲處的液體流入乙處),進一步的分離well內的溶液。 本論文重點在設計更具有可靠性的分離機,建立起一個可以符合需求的作業程序及流程;並針對不同的機構材料及價格進行價格與效果的綜合分析。透過實際ELISA實驗,驗證所開發之分離機可達到穩定良好的分離結果。讓使用者能輕易的控制分離機轉速而又能確實完成ELISA清洗分離潔淨度的效果。

Design of a micro plate separator designed to separate 96 or 384 holes of micro plate experiment with various elements added chemicals.How to avoid the process of separating well (test tube) and between tube contamination (example: in A place within the liquid into the B Division).Further separation of the liquid inside the tube.In order to design more reliable separation of machine planning process. Establish a plan to meet our operating procedures and processes, and achieve the desired effect,andmechanicalstructure ofdifferentmaterialsand priceanalysis,And effect through the price into consideration, portable machine designed separation.The actual separator in ELISA experiments to verify the developed separator can achieve stable and good separation results.Users can easily control the speed of the separator cleaning can actually complete separation of the effects of cleanlines.
