本文旨在以多組磷酸鋰鐵(LiFePO4)電池組搭配逆向差速齒輪複合動力系統之充放電管理驗證四種動力模式(馬達模式、引擎模式、雙動力模式及剎車能回充模式),電源系統以六組48V20Ah 串聯成288V 後並聯兩組系統,總電容量為40Ah,每組電池間加入絕緣柵雙極性電晶體(IGBT)及固態繼電器(SSR)做為充放電迴路控制開關,根據電池組殘電量及電池芯電壓狀態來做為迴路選擇的參數,並且利用高性能、低成本的單晶片微處理器(Mirocontroller,AT89S52)為整體系統之控 制核心並加入功率電池組的保護策略,讓使用的過程中的擁有完善的軟硬體保護措施,其控制策略皆由軟體程式完成,增加系統運作可靠度。實驗結果驗證本文之理論分析及控制法則的可能性。
This research discussed the LiFePO4 battery management system apply to Inverse Differential Gear hybrid system include four kinds driving modes (motor mode, engine mode, dual power mode and regenerative braking). Battery system is built by two parallel 288V/20Ah modules which is built by six serial 48V/20Ah battery packs. Total capacity is 40Ah. There are IGBT and SSR switching the charge-discharge circuit. According to the SOC value and voltage of two battery systems, we use efficiency and low cost microcontroller (AT89S52) as the controller protecting and controlling battery system so that having wonderful hard-software protection method. The control strategy is written by software language to add dependency. The results of research show the possible of theory and control strategy.
