車用影像感測器競爭策略之研究

摘要


車用影像感測器(Vehicle Image Sensors;VIS)的應用,在駕駛資訊系統上應用最為廣泛,然其需結合車體系統、底盤系統、安全系統串起自適應行駛控制(Adaptive Cruise Control)等系統的控制,車用影像感測器是接受外部訊息的感知器,因此其發展變的更為重要。 再者車輛工程師一一開發智慧系統,減少行駛過程中對駕駛人的負擔或是以電子控制比較繁複的駕駛技巧,此類系統如自適應行駛控制、車道偏離警示(Lane departure warning system)、自動停車系統(Intelligent Park Assist)、停車輔助系統(Parking space measurement system)、夜視系統(Night Vision System)、前方車輛追蹤偵測(Forward collision warning)等都具有車用影像感測器。 本研究經由資料蒐集,探討全球車輛車用影像感測器發展歷程,進而分析車用影像感測器所應用的系統市場概況,在參考專家訪談的結果歸納及探討出台灣發展車用影像感測器應用系統的競爭要素與競爭環境狀態,最後對車用影像感測器廠商提出具體的競爭策略供產業參考,其建議策略如下: ●創新開發車用影像感測器之應用。 ●加強整合技術以利爭取加入國際車廠供應鏈。 ●以獨立系統模組增加售服市場機會,提升台灣廠商知名度。 ●提早切入短程雷達或聲納系統研發。 ●進入中國印度等低階市場開拓戰場。

Regarding to the application of vehicle image sensors (VIS), it is used in the driving information system generally. It needs to combine and control the vehicle body system, chassis system, safety system and etc., and plays a critical role on receiving the outside information. Therefore, the development of VIS is very important. Moreover, vehicle engineers exploited intelligent system successfully which can reduce the burden during driving or use electronical control to replace more complicated driving skills, such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning system, intelligent park assist,parking space measurement system, night view system and forward collision warning. All of these intelligent systems are equipped with vehicle image sensors. After searching and analyzing mass information, this research will discuss development milestone of vehicle image sensors, and then the application of market. The competitive factors and environment are mentioned after meeting with expertise. Finally, there are some concrete competitive strategies proposed for industrial reference, the suggested competitive strategies are listed below: ●Create the application market of Vehicle Image Sensors ●Strengthen the integration of skills to get into the international vehicle supply chain. ●Individual System module will increase the opportunity of After-market and Taiwan companies’ reputation. ●Early precede the R&D in short-term radar and Sonar Technique fields. ●Enter into lower-end market such as China and India to create market battle.
