烤漆鋼板屋頂整合太陽能熱水系統之性能研究

摘要


在永續發展的目標下再生能源是自然界中可以循環的能源且符合人類未來所倚賴的能源,其中太陽能其隨處可得而受到重視、採用以及發展。傳統太陽能熱水器多半安裝在屋頂面上且有效吸收太陽熱能故在安裝有方位考量;為了使太陽能熱水系統不在是建築物的附加設備,運用整合手法將太陽能熱水設備與建築主體結合轉化為建材,使屋頂吸收太陽熱能產生熱水有效利用太陽熱能。 本研究主要探討建築物屋頂整合太陽能集熱器之性能,開發出烤漆鋼板整合太陽能集熱水器系統原型,並於戶外實驗以擷取系統紀錄大氣環境資料及集熱器效能物理參數,以驗證評估其集熱性能。研究成果顯示如下: 1.就全天集熱特性效率 而言,有面蓋集熱器當集熱管在板上時 =0.6,集熱管在板下時 =0.63;無面蓋集熱器當集熱管在板上時 =0.46,集熱管在板下時 =0.45。 2.在瞬時效率實測分析得知,有面蓋集熱器的情況下集熱管在板上時瞬時效率在0.7632至0.6470之間;集熱管在板下時瞬時效率在0.6545至0.5507之間。

Renewable energy is the only energy type that is recyclable, dependable for the future, and meets the goal of continuous development. For all kinds of renewable energy, solar energy, due to its ubiquitous nature, is the most main stream, readily usable, and suitable for technological developments. With the orientation consideration, traditional solar water heaters are typically installed on roofs to effectively absorb solar energy. As a solar water heater system is foreign to the original building structure, this project integrates equipments of a solar water heater system to the main building structure to more effectively absorb and utilize solar energy. The main purpose of this research is to present the efficiency data for a solar water heater system being installed on a building roof. Hence, a solar water heater prototype combined with coated steel plate is developed and installed in the outdoor environment. Environmental data and efficiency values for the prototype are collected for analyses. The result is as follows: 1. for the whole day absorption efficiency( ): the with-cover type shows that =0.6 when the plate is placed on the solar collecting tube and =0.63 when the plate is placed beneath the solar collecting tube; the without cover type shows that =0.46 when the plate is placed on the solar collecting tube and =0.45 when the plate is placed beneath the solar collecting tube 2. for the instantaneous efficiency (with-cover type only): the efficiency value is between 0.7632 and 0.6470 when the solar collecting tube is placed on the plate, and 0.6545 and 0.5507 when the solar collecting tube is placed beneath the solar collecting tube.
