臺北市立國民中學學生心理資本與生涯自我概念關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市立國民中學學生心理資本與生涯自我概念之相關性,並探討不同背景變項臺北市立國民中學學生心理資本與生涯自我概念之差異情形。   本研究採取問卷調查法,以101學年度臺北市立國民中學八年級學生為研究對象,共發出問卷1,300份,有效回收問卷1,179份,有效問卷回收率91%。統計方法採描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關。經資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、臺北市立國中生心理資本尚稱豐厚,男生的樂觀程度高於女生。 二、臺北市立國中生生涯自我概念尚稱清晰,女生的生涯抱負、生涯價值高於男生。 三、家長社經地位愈高,學生心理資本相對愈豐厚。 四、家長社經地位愈高,學生生涯自我概念相對愈清晰。 五、心理資本與生涯自我概念有正向關聯。   最後,根據研究結果對學校、教師及後續研究者提出建議,以做為參考。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and career self-concept of public junior high school students in Taipei City, and to explore influences caused by different demographic factor on psychological capital and career self-concept of public junior high school students in Taipei City. The study employed questionnaires to survey. Subject were public junior high school students in Taipei City in the school year of 2012. 1,300 copies of questionnaires were sent and 1,179 valid copies were collected, with an effective response rate of 91%. Descriptive statistics, one sampled t-test, independent sampled t-test, one-wey ANOVA as well as pearson product-moment correlation were conducted to analyze the data. The conclusions were as fallows: 1.Psychological capital of public junior high school students in Taipei City was fairly rich, and boy had higher optimism than girl. 2.Career self-concept of public junior high school students in Taipei City was fairly clear, and girl had higher career ambition and career value than boy.. 3.The higher parent’s socioeconomic status, the richer psychological capital of public junior high school students relatively. 4.The higher parent’s socioeconomic status, the clearer career self-concept of public junior high school students relatively. 5.There was positive correlation between psychological capital and career self-concept. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for schools, teachers, and future studies were proposed.
