近年來我國高等教育大幅成長與普及化,量的增加已達飽和狀態,面對台灣加入WTO,國外學校與兩岸教育的衝擊,除教育部有限的教育補助外,各公、私立學校紛紛謀求對策,開源節流調整經營績效。也應為如此,如何有效輔導學生、提高在學率,也成為提昇學校經營績效之主要因素。本研究將以績效為觀點,針對技專院校導師輔導之量化資料進行分析比較。研究中將應用資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA),分別以CCR及BCC模式評估,深入探討各指標之相對權重及指標之績效值,進一步運用麥式生產力指數(Malmquist Productivity Index)探討其生產力變動情形,以提供學校經營管理參考,促使導師在未來輔導能更有效率。
The growth by a wide margin of higher education of our country is with popularize melting in recent years. The increase of quantity has already reached the saturated condition. Join WTO in the face of Taiwan, The impact which the foreign school and two sides educate, besides limited children education allowance of Ministry of Education, each common, private schools seek the countermeasure one after another, develop resources and reduce expenditures and adjust the performance of managing. For this reason, how about coach students, raise the learning rate effectively, become and promote the main factor of managing performance of the school too. Studying will regard performance as the view, analyses and compare to the quantization materials which the special form Tutorial System’s of Colleges and Universities of Technology of the Performance Evaluation model. Will use Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), while studying, will assess by way of CCR and BCC model, probe into the relative weight of every index and performance value of the index deeply, use Malmquist Productivity Index further, probe into its productivity change situation, in order to offer management and administration to the school to consult, it can be more efficient to impel the Tutorial System’s in the future.
