智慧型手機觸控介面操作績效之研究

摘要


隨著智慧型手機的發展,觸控螢幕的尺寸也多元化。為了操作的便利性,螢幕尺寸越來越大,也改變了使用者操作的行為模式。而一個好的產品,應以使用者為中心,設計發展出人性化的產品介面。為了解使用者的需求,本研究透過調查,探討目前觸控式智慧型手機操作所遇到的問題;並歸納目前手機規格與介面形式;最後進行介面設計與實驗測試,探討觸控式智慧型手機的使用績效。實驗中,主要分析兩種按鍵排列方式「條列式」與「陣列式」,以及兩種操作手勢「單手操作」及「雙手操作」,條列式介面分為四種按鍵尺寸,按鍵寬度為螢幕寬度,高度分別為5mm、7mm、9mm、11mm;陣列式介面則分為三種按鍵尺寸,長×寬分別為5.5 × 5.5mm、9.1 × 9.1mm、12.8 × 12.8mm。所有的測試皆實際利用智慧型手機進行實驗。研究結果發現,觸控式螢幕手機的確大幅增加了使用雙手操作的頻率。陣列式按鍵數量較多,易造成視覺的混亂,因此受測者較偏好條列式的介面形式。在按鍵尺寸的部分,條列式按鍵為7mm,操作績效最佳;陣列式按鍵則為5.5 × 5.5mm。而使用者的主觀感受比較偏好條列式9mm的按鍵,陣列式則為9.1 × 9.1mm。整體來說,按鍵越小操作速度較佳,但是按鍵越大操作正確率較佳。

With the increasing development of smart phone, there are more and more of the touch screen size could be utilized. For the convenience of operation, the screen size of the samrt phone has been becoming larger than the prior, and it changes the operation behavior of the user. To make a good product, it is necessary to design a friendly interface by which the users can operate the product with high efficiency. In order to realize the user need for smart phone operation, the thesis review the problems of the samrt phone with a touch screen encountered by users through a field survey, and design an experiment to investigate the difference of the performance of the smart phone with the different interfaces. Two interface types, “list type” and “array type”, and two operation gestures-“single-hand operation” and “both-hand operation” have been discussed in this thesis. In the experiment, there are four different button-sizes for the “list type” interface that are 5 mm, 7 mm, 9 mm and 11 mm and three different button-size for the ”array type”, including 5.5 × 5.5 mm, 9.1 × 9.1 mm, and 12.8×12.8 mm. The results of the experiment show that the touch screen utilized in the smart phone really increases the frequency of both–hand operation. For the higher operation efficiency, the 7 mm and 5.5×5.5 mm button size are recommended for the “list type” interface and the “array type” interface. However, most of the users preferred the “9 mm” in the “list type” interface and 9.1×9.1 mm in “array type” interface, according the subjective-feel questionary of the participant in this thesis.
