機電工程業之價值鏈改善分析

摘要


本研究目的是希望可以利用價值鏈的管理角度去瞭解機電產業的發展史與機電業策略管理的重要性,學生會將運用相關的文獻,利用價值鏈分析流程來評估有關機電公司的相關問題:品質管理/時間管理/成本管理等,相互比較之關聯性問題。關於機電產業的經營策略的部分:學生將利用深入訪談的方法來將與機電的業者做深入的相關性訪談與互相學習探討,主要目的是希望探討得到機電業者心目中的失敗的問題點。希望可以提早發現舊制價值鏈流程的錯誤,並找尋相關的管理模式來加以優化傳統模式之價值鏈管理策略之法。本研究將以波特的理論之觀念來當作主要的理論基礎,最後經由專家討論並重新予以建構出新的各式標準工作流程,並將台灣傳統的機電管理模式與組織最後根據機電業者未來的產業發展情形來設計出一套符合各種模式的各類流程組織。最後再與機電業者做雙向溝通來完成各單位流程的工作模組。學生為了探討此研究的可行性是否有舉證性,本研究特別還選取了六種具代表性的機電專案來導入此數據的統計分析法來運用,最後結論再透過個案的分析數值舉證來結合出理論與實務之間的相互關西並找出最適合的價值鏈流程決策來改善,學生最後將分析出機電專案的數值參數結果與P值百分比達成率來作為機電業者所產生的依據。

The purpose of this study is to be able to take advantage of value chain management point of view to understand the importance of the history of the mechanical and electrical industries and electromechanical industry policy management,Students will use the relevant literature,The use of value chain analysis process to assess the relevant issues related to mechanical and electrical company:Quality Management / Time Management / cost management,mutual comparison of related issues. About electromechanical industry business strategy part: students will use the in-depth interview methods and electromechanical industry do in-depth interviews and learn from each other correlations discussed,the main purpose is to be able to investigate the failure to understand the minds of electromechanical industry problems,I hope you can find the old system early the value chain process errors and find related management model to be optimized traditional value chain management approach. This study will use theoretical concepts to Potter as the main theoretical basis. Through discussion of experts to reconstruct a new set of standard operating procedures,The traditional electromechanical and organizational management model, based on electromechanical industry future industrial development organization to design a set of circumstances to meet the various processes. Students then make two-way communication with the electromechanical industry to complete the work. Students to explore the feasibility of this study whether there is evidence of this study, six specially selected representative electromechanical project to import this statistical analysis,Through subsequent re-analysis to determine the relationship between values and identify the most suitable process to do to improve the value chain,Students will analyze the results and P values and parameters as the basis of merit percentage of electromechanical industry generated.
