構想發展階段設計提案草圖之研究

摘要

構想發展階段對於產品開發過程的意義與影響相當重大，在此階段作出正確的構想篩選對於整個開發流程將更為順利，構想發展階段中最常被拿來使用構想篩選的工具為設計手繪草圖，清楚表達構想的草圖呈現，對於構想理解程度也會越高。讓決策者能作出最正確的構想篩選。因此本研究針對設計提案草圖的構成要素與構想理解能力的關聯性作探討。研究發現設計草圖的六大構面排序為(1)產品造形傳達 (2)草圖表現技法 (3)輔助圖面 (4)工程圖學 (5)其他輔助標示 (6)構圖。

草圖構成次要素因子排名前10 名為(1)形狀表達 (2)比例正確性 (3)透視的正確性 (4)不同視角呈現 (5)色彩表達 (6)三視圖 (7)操作介面流程圖 (8)材質表達(9)爆炸圖 (10)形態變化圖。具有工設背景之設計師，實驗結果達67.36%權重之設計草圖使能達到設計師理解構想，轉換為次要素因子為前10 項要素加總即可達成設計師理解構想。提供給設計師在構想階段繪製提案草圖時參考依據，可依照權
重高的草圖要素因子優先繪製。

The phase of developing ideas has its significant influence on New Product Development. Therefore, making a correct decision which means the most applicable sketch must be chosen is a beginning but crucial step of the phases of the New Product Development. The following is my brief summary of this theory. The clearer the sketches are presented, the better they can be understood. This leads the decision-makers to the most precise final decision. It is also my aim of this probing into the relationship between the elements of design final sketches and comprehension. The
six aspects of design sketches are ranked according to their importance as following:(1)Delivery of Product Form (2)Technique of Expression on Sketches (3)Application of
the Assistant Scenario (4) Graphics Drawing (5) Other Marks, such as lines and arrows(6) Presentation.

The sub-elements of the construction of sketches are graded according to their importance as following:(1) Delivery of shape (2) Correctness of Proportion (3)Correctness of Perspective (4) Angle of the Presentation (5) Delivery of Colors (6)Three-dimensional diagrams (7) Flow chart of Operation Interface (8) Delivery of Material (9) Exploded Drawing (10) Illustration of Figure Variation.It’s found that the sketches could be understood if they, the sketches, have reached to 67.36% weight of sketches. That is, the ten sub-elements mentioned previous have to be fully presented and included with the sketches. This research will provide the industrial designers some reference while the sketches are being done. According to this study, the priority, the more important elements, could be applied before the less ones.
